Research On Risk Control Management Strategy Of Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Platform

At present,the foreign trade comprehensive service industry is in the intersection period of rapid development and insufficient governance level.Under the market law of reducing cost and increasing efficiency through scale effect,as more and more export enterprises gather to use the platform,platform governance has become the bottleneck of the sustainable development of business model.The foreign comprehensive service platform not only gathers small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,but also gathers risks.The weak awareness of risk management and insufficient risk management strategies of the platform lead to the current situation that there is no risk control or risk control is a mere formality.At the same time,the impact of changes in the international environment on international trade also brings new risks and challenges to the foreign trade comprehensive service platform.This paper studies the correlation between the theory of economies of scale and risk aggregation,the relationship between trade facilitation and platform risk management,and the law of platform economy,analyzes the current risk causes of the platform,analyzes the traditional and emerging risks faced by the platform by studying the industrial chain role and service content of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform,and demonstrates it in combination with risk cases.Based on the study of risk causes,possible risk points and risk cases,combined with the risk management theory,demonstrate and study the risk control model of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform,including the preparation of data and the analysis of relevant indicators,so as to provide basic support for the risk management of the foreign trade comprehensive service platform.Finally,analyze and study the implementation scheme of risk management to ensure the effective operation of the risk control model.
