| Economic responsibility audit refers to the examination and comment on the financial revenues and expenditures,financial laws and regulations,business decisions and related economic responsibilities of the responsible persons of the unit during their tenure.This audit mode is unique to our country,and the relevant theories and practices are still in the exploratory stage,and the institution and systems need to be improved.Improving economic responsibility audit is conducive to the maturity of the national audit supervision system,and can become a driving force for the continuous development of social economy.Taking the president of the second branch of NY Bank as an example,this paper conducts construction and application research on the evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and analyze the deficiencies of the evaluation indexes of the internal economic responsibility audit of commercial banks,so as to construct a more perfect index system of economic responsibility audit,maintain the regional financial security and promote the regional economic development.A branch of NY Bank is a second-level branch of a state-owned bank.Its original economic responsibility audit focuses on the changes in data and ranking of main business indicators,as well as internal and external risk control and compliance behavior management.This mode can meet the basic requirements of the leaders of state-owned commercial banks in the setting of economic responsibility audit indicators,but there are shortcomings in the selection of audit indicators and the determination of evaluation standards.In this paper,based on A branch of the governor of the original evaluation index,based on a new era of internal audit work,in combination with the practical situation of A branch area,increase a series of non-financial indicators and characteristics of financial indicators,more use A combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,construct index model,make evaluation criterion,weights of each index given,quantitative score,Thus,the performance of the branch president can be evaluated more objectively and accurately.Although there are some limitations,the selection of evaluation indicators,the formulation of evaluation criteria,and the final evaluation score are of reference value to other secondary branches of NY Bank. |
