Performance appraisal is an important part of corporate human resource management.From the perspective of corporate management,the purpose of corporate performance appraisal is to promote employees to work hard to achieve corporate strategic goals and ultimately achieve profit in the market.Therefore,corporate performance appraisal needs continuous Optimization and adjustment.From the perspective of employees,the focus of corporate performance appraisal is to consider the fairness and incentives of appraisal perceived by employees.Corporate performance appraisal needs to be optimized and adjusted according to industry differences,departmental differences,job differences,and personnel differences.Based on this background,this article selects ZH Electronics Company to analyze the optimization of performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises in the military industry.First of all,this article analyzes the related research results of performance appraisal through the literature review method,and finds the theoretical foundation and theoretical method for the research of this article.Secondly,comprehensive use of questionnaire survey method and expert interview method,in-depth investigation of the current situation and existing problems of ZH Electronics Company’s performance appraisal program,mainly: performance appraisal object level is not clear,performance appraisal refers to unreasonable design of the program,poor execution,and performance Insufficient application of the assessment results,etc.,laid the foundation for further optimizing the performance assessment plan of ZH Electronics Company.Thirdly,using balanced scorecards,key performance indicators and other methods,with ZH Electronics Company ’ s corporate strategy as the core,the overall performance appraisal framework of ZH Electronics Company has been constructed,and the performance appraisal plan for company departments and various types of employees has been improved and designed.,Incorporating departmental key performance indicators into the personal performance appraisal index system,and constructing a complete performance appraisal plan.Finally,it puts forward the implementation and safeguard measures of the enterprise performance appraisal plan,including the implementation process,the implementation guarantee mechanism,the implementation steps,and the implementation evaluation,etc.,which provides a complete assessment plan for the performance appraisal of ZH Electronics.
