In recent years,the awareness of national fitness has gradually been integrated into people’s thinking.Against this background,the State Council has promulgated policies such as the "National Fitness Plan(2021-2025)",which shows that the country attaches great importance to the development of national fitness;In the era of fast-paced life,more and more people are in a sub-health state.People of all ages pay attention to physical fitness.The awakening of fitness consumption awareness has also promoted the development of the fitness equipment industry.Fitness equipment that meets the needs of various groups of people came into being.Its production and development met people’s basic needs for fitness,and it was recognized and favored by more and more people,and it also exaggerated the fitness group.At the same time,with the increasingly serious aging of our society,in order to meet the challenges,our country actively promotes the "Healthy China 2030" planning outline,and vigorously promotes the development of fitness equipment in urban clusters.At present,the main group of people who actively participate in sports and fitness are young and middle-aged groups around the age of 18-40.In order to promote the health concept of national fitness,my country has increased the support of fitness equipment enterprises.Today,the fitness equipment market is developing well,but the relationship between countries is turbulent and affected by the new crown epidemic.The development of fitness equipment enterprises will face great challenges.It is very necessary to study the development of fitness equipment industry enterprises.This article takes the fitness equipment company I as the case study object,based on the development and market conditions of the fitness equipment industry,and at the same time the situation of the company I as a leading enterprise in the industry,using the relevant theory of optimizing the capital structure as a tool to analyze the current situation of the capital structure of the company I.This paper selects the financial statement data of I company from 2016 to 2020,analyzes the current situation of I company from the aspects of assets and liabilities,equity structure,financing structure,financial leverage,etc.,compares it with other companies in the industry,and explores its capital structure.At the same time,according to the analysis of the company’s management status,financial data processing and capital structure characteristics,it is concluded that the asset-liability ratio of company I is low,the proportion of current liabilities is too high,the equity concentration is high,and the financing method single problem.Finally,in view of the existing problems,the static optimal capital structure model is used to calculate the optimal optimization point of company I,and the enterprise value analysis method is selected to calculate the appropriate liability structure,and the total value of the company is optimal.Combined with the macro environment and micro environment of I company to determine the dynamic optimal capital structure range.On this basis,the entropy method is used to calculate the positive effect of influencing factors on the company’s development,and then the capital structure is optimized to allow the company to develop steadily.Capital structure optimization plays a leading role in the future development of the company and is the key path for the company to maximize value.
