In recent years,China has issued a number of relevant policies to widely popularize and promote the development of Inclusive Finance business.Inclusive Finance has become an important financial business focused and developed by contemporary countries.The role of state-owned banks in the development of Inclusive Finance is becoming more and more obvious.The business products and scale of Inclusive Finance are expanding,"adjusting measures to local conditions" to provide differentiated services for different customer groups,realizing continuous innovation in business growth points.The popularization and promotion of Inclusive Finance business has promoted the transformation of state-owned banks from traditional banking business,Achieve new breakthroughs under the development of the new economy.The research object of this thesis is Shandong Branch of China Construction Bank.Looking at the operation and development history of nearly 60 years,it makes full use of its solid asset strength,many customers and other resource advantages to always practice social responsibility and fulfill the responsibilities of big banks,which is unmatched by other banks.In 2018,the head office of China Construction Bank identified the "three strategies" as an important business goal for the development of the bank,including Inclusive Finance.Up to now,the development of inclusive finance business has achieved initial results,but there are also corresponding problems in the development process.Therefore,how to use the analysis of internal and external environment to put forward corresponding optimization schemes,so that China Construction Bank can truly practice social responsibility and fulfill the responsibility of big banks has become the focus of this thesis.This thesis expounds the definition and development process of Inclusive Finance,briefly introduces the theoretical basis of Inclusive Finance such as social responsibility and long tail theory.By comprehensively analyzing the internal and external environment of CCB Shandong Branch,using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods;this thesis summarizes the core competitiveness of inclusive financial development of CCB Shandong Branch;this thesis compares and analyzes the development of inclusive financial services of the four major state-owned commercial banks in Shandong Province,so as to more intuitively reflect the shortcomings of CCB in its development.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with the relevant internal personnel of CCB and the service objects of Inclusive Finance business,the main problems existing in the implementation of the Inclusive Finance Business of CCB in Shandong Province are identified and the causes are analyzed,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent optimization scheme.Through the above analysis,this thesis finally focuses on customer classification and improving high-quality service;Using financial technology to improve innovation ability;Focusing on risk prevention and control and compliance operation,this thesis puts forward the optimization scheme for the further development of Inclusive Finance Business of CCB Shandong Branch,and accordingly puts forward human security such as strengthening Inclusive Finance talent training and expanding the scale of talent team;Strengthen the construction of mechanism and improve the legal system;Under the current background of vigorously popularizing the digital inclusive finance model,we emphasize the use of technical support to provide technical guarantee for the development of Inclusive Finance,so as to form a set of Inclusive Finance System unique to Shandong Branch of China Construction Bank and improve brand competitiveness.
