| Under the new normal of innovation-driven development,enterprises become an integral whole of innovation to enhance corporate value and CSR to enhance social value.Innovation is the inexhaustible source of vitality for the sustainable development of enterprises.As knowledge-and-technology-intensive economic entities,high-tech enterprises shoulder the task of driving the overall innovation level of the country to improve.Due to the characteristics of their industries and the diversity of CSR implementation approaches,their CSR is more closely related to innovation.In order to cope with the fierce market competition and more severe challenges,high-tech enterprises need to have ambidextrous innovation ability to ensure the long-term sustainable development,which is "top in the short term and leading the trend in the long term".Technological change has broken the boundaries of organizations.High-tech enterprises need to make use of CSR to meet and balance the different needs of stakeholders,so as to obtain external knowledge and technical resources owned by stakeholders but lacking in the organization,so as to improve the internal ambidextrous innovation ability and performance of enterprises and achieve win-win results for all.Therefore,exploring the impact and difference of CSR activities based on different stakeholders on ambidextrous innovation performance of high-tech enterprises can provide theoretical and practical reference for future strategic development planning of high-tech enterprises.Through combing and analyzing the domestic and foreign literature on relevant research topics,based on the stakeholder theory,this paper divides the CSR of high-tech enterprises into seven major stakeholders according to the different target objects of CSR implementation firstly,and according to the different impact paths of CSR on enterprise innovation activities,dividing them into four dimensions: human resource level,the capital source level,the social level and the supply chain level,the impacts of the four dimensions CSRs on the ambidextrous innovation performance of high-tech enterprises are discussed respectively.Based on the theory of environmental contingency,market competition intensity is further incorporated into the research framework to study its moderating effect on the relationship between supply chain CSR and ambidextrous innovation performance.In order to conduct empirical analysis,this paper selects and collects the financial indicators and patent data of 497 high-tech enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares to form unbalanced short panel data.With the help of STATA,negative binomial regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis of the econometric model.The results show that: the impact of employee CSR on exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation performance of high-tech enterprises presents an inverted U shape.Shareholder CSR and creditor CSR of the capital source level have a positive effect on exploitative innovation performance,but creditor CSR has a negative effect on exploratory innovation performance,while shareholder CSR has no significant effect on it.At the social level,government CSR has a positive relationship with both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation,while community CSR has no significant impact on ambidextrous innovation performance.Supplier CSR has a negative relationship with exploitative innovation,and has no significant impact on exploratory innovation.Customer CSR promotes the growth of exploitative innovation performance,and has an inverted U-shaped impact on exploratory innovation performance.As for the boundary conditions further explored at the supply chain level,for exploitative innovation performance,market competition intensity positively moderates the negative impact of supplier CSR on it,and positively moderates the positive impact of customer CSR on it.For exploratory innovation performance,the moderating effect of market competition intensity on CSR at supply chain level is not significant.Furthermore,this paper discuss the difference of impacts that the four dimensional CSRs bring up to ambidextrous innovation performance.Combining with the actual situation,this paper give some advice about improving ambidextrous innovation performance of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of CSR strategy.Therefore,help Chinese high-tech enterprises to adjust the CSR strategy and ambidextrous innovation strategy planning,in order to maximize the synergistic effect of win-win cooperation with multiple stakeholders. |
