Study On Financial Efficiency Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Heavily Polluting Industries

The reform has made our economy more and more advanced,and our GDP has been increasing year by year.However,the proportion of industrial added value in China’s GDP is gradually decreasing,from 40% in 2011 to 30.8% in 2020,which reflects that China’s industry is replacing the backward development mode,optimizing the existing industrial economic structure and replacing the old industrial economic growth force.At present,the industrial industry is in the key economic transition period.As the foundation and pillar of the secondary industry,the development of the heavy pollution industry,including power generation and chemical industry,directly affects the success or failure of the industrial transformation.Heavy pollution industry,therefore,this article 22 classes as the research object,to calculate and evaluate its financial efficiency,and based on super efficiency of SBM model to measure the financial efficiency of the value,the empirical study of factors affecting the efficiency of the financial,heavy pollution industry provides the theory basis for improving the efficiency of financial,thus boosting industrial transformation of the mode of economic growth.First of all,based on the domestic and foreign scholars about the study of the theory of the financial efficiency as a reference,and then establish the financial efficiency of heavy pollution industry research content and method,define the concept and characteristics of the financial efficiency,this paper introduces the contents of financial efficiency evaluation,with high quality and economic development theory,industrial structure upgrading theory foundation for the following empirical research.Secondly,the general situation of the heavy pollution industry is clarified,and the evaluation method of the financial efficiency of the heavy pollution industry is selected after analysis.The evaluation index system of the financial efficiency is constructed,and the financial efficiency of the heavy pollution industry is evaluated by the super-SBM model containing the unexpected output.At the same time,through the production front projection analysis of ineffective financial efficiency industries,find the ineffective reasons for heavy pollution industries.Thirdly,the paper considers the five factors affecting the financial efficiency of heavy pollution industries from the following five aspects: the ability to borrow,the ability to realize economies of scale,the ability to make profits,the ability to sell,and the ability to develop.Then,it builds a multiple linear regression model and conducts an empirical analysis on these factors.Finally,the analysis of the ineffective reasons for the financial efficiency of the heavy pollution industry and the research results of the factors affecting the financial efficiency of the heavy pollution industry are combined to draw a comprehensive conclusion.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are made to improve the financial efficiency of the heavy pollution industry.
