In recent years,the capital market has paid more and more attention to the sustainable operation ability of listed companies.On the one hand,the science and innovation board and other sectors have correspondingly changed from traditional regulatory rules to sustainable operation ability.On the other hand,the disadvantages of traditional regulatory methods make some companies lacking sustainable operation ability continue to be listed and burn money,which damages the interests of investors and market quality.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of enterprise sustainable operation ability evaluation model.The research object of this article is Kingsoft office,which is a listed company of science and technology innovation board.Since its listing,with the rising market value,the gap between the scale of enterprises and the revenue of enterprises has been expanding.At the same time,influenced by many factors such as COVID-19,the US technology containment and domestic policies,there are many uncertainties in the future continuous operation of enterprises,and Kingsoft office is the leading software service enterprise in China.It has strong representativeness and research value.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several evaluation methods,this thesis finally selects the factor analysis method with the advantages of large data coverage and easy access,targeted analysis results and strong model applicability to construct the evaluation model of sustainable operation ability.By selecting representative indicators in combination with industry attributes,this thesis obtains the evaluation model suitable for Kingsoft office and its industry,And use the model to conduct vertical analysis and horizontal analysis of the same industry.The study found that the advantages of Kingsoft office in debt repayment,technology and customer service make its sustainable operation ability in the forefront of the same industry in China,but there is still a large gap compared with international leading enterprises.In the growth of R & D investment,the growth of office software market and the competition between domestic and foreign enterprises,there are continuous operation risks.Enterprises should analyze and solve the risks existing in continuous operation according to the actual situation.At the same time,this thesis gives the following four suggestions through evaluation research: in terms of fund management,optimize the fund management system to ensure the growth rate of R & D investment;In terms of product manufacturing,make up for product deficiencies and enhance user stickiness;In terms of profit model,give full play to technical advantages and improve the existing profit model;In terms of strategic management,establish a good brand image and enhance market foresight.The innovation of this thesis is to make up for the defects of less evaluation methods for the enterprise’s sustainable operation ability in the current market supervision and enterprise operation.The model adopts the factor analysis method to analyze the financial indicators pertinently,and selects the factors that are difficult to quantify from multiple angles to conduct auxiliary analysis around the model,such as the industry status and development prospect,the comparison of core products,etc.,so as to make the evaluation results more scientific and comprehensive,It also provides a reference for other industries to evaluate the ability of going concern.
