Under 14 th five year plan,China considers biological medicine industry as national strategy emerging industry,to accelerate development for biomedical industry,additionally supporting innovation of biological medicine,really good development opportunity to the biomedical.Establishment of the science and technology innovation board in 2019,more development opportunities to the biological medicine,so more and more biomedical enterprises has completed finance by listing on this science and technology innovation board,in 2021 alone,38 biological medicine companies occurrence on the science and technology innovation board.Comparing with tradition manufacture enterprises,particularity to these biomedical companies which are listed on the science and technology innovation board,massive investment,advanced technology,high risk,ample reward,and long period of product development and various elements to business operation,so as to limit value evaluation to the traditional enterprises,therefore it needs to improve evaluation methods of enterprises value,to objectively and accurately present value of these enterprises listed on the science and innovation board,thus further capital operation,such as financing,investment,merger and reorganization,etc.Based on the certain particularity of the biomedical enterprises listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional valuation method to evaluate their value,and then proposes to evaluate the value of biomedical enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board based on the BP neural network model.In order to test the effect of BP neural network applied to the value assessment of biomedical enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,this thesis selects 42 biomedical companies listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board as specific objects,collates the data of these enterprises,and constructs an enterprise value evaluation model based on the BP neural network through Matlab2018 tool,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model in combination with the case test method.Through the BP neural network modeling and evaluation of the value of biomedical enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board,the following conclusions are drawn: First of all,because the BP neural network has strong nonlinear mapping ability and self-learning ability,it can theoretically fit all the functions,making it operable in the valuation of biomedical enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.The feasibility of the BP neural network model in the value assessment of biomedical enterprises on the Science and Technology Innovation Board is verified;secondly,in the process of establishing the enterprise value evaluation model through the BP network,there is no need to make subjective predictions about the future development trend of the enterprise,basically the computer is used to analyze and calculate,and the objectivity is strong;finally,the effectiveness of the BP neural network model is tested by the case test method,and the results show that compared with the traditional enterprise value assessment method,The model evaluation value based on the BP neural network has less error than the actual sample company.
