| With the rapid development of economy,the banking management risk gradually revealed,internal control is the management activities management,control,evaluation and regulation,procedures and methods,for financial institutions,is a interlocking in the process of operation and supervision mechanism,it is also an important basis of the bank to prevent business risk.Agricultural policy Banks is to carry out the government’s main economic preferential policies,actively serve the national food security,support agricultural modernization development and national key development strategy,etc.,in specific areas of business,bear the important economic responsibility,established more than 20 years,management risk also gradually appear,non-performing loans gradually increasing,improve the level of internal control management and internal control quality,is the bank in the process of reform and development.Agricultural Development Bank of China is divided into four levels: head office and provinces,county,with the provincial branch H branch H behavior research object,introduced the internal control,combined with the actual operation of the bank,according to the basic theory of internal control,internal control,select the AHP hierarchy analysis evaluation index weight,data analysis,combined with fuzzy evaluation method according to the final evaluation results,finally analyze the existing problems and put forward optimization measures.The research results show that the internal control of H branch of ABC has been effectively implemented,but there are a few problems in all aspects,and the internal control management still needs to be strengthened.Through a series of analysis of the internal control of H branch,this paper puts forward optimization measures conducive to solving the problems. |
