| The construction of high-quality rehabilitation teachers has always been an important pillar of the development of children’s rehabilitation institutions.As a human resource dependent enterprise,the construction of talent management mechanism,the improvement of talent training system and the improvement of talent promotion and development path are the guarantee and cornerstone of the sustainable development of children’s rehabilitation institutions.Especially in the increasingly competitive market environment,the construction of enterprise talent team is particularly important.The construction of rehabilitation teacher team in M company is in the initial and development stage,and has gained some experience,which provides support for the development of the company.However,with the increasing scale of the company,the existing rehabilitation teacher team is insufficient,and it is urgent to optimize and improve on the basis of the existing talent team construction.It is of great significance to study how to strengthen the construction of rehabilitation teacher team and how to improve the talent guarantee for the operation and development of M company,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of M company in the overall market and promote the healthy and stable development of the company.This paper takes the construction of rehabilitation teachers in M company as the research object.First of all,using the survey method and questionnaire method,through the research of the company’s customer structure,talent structure,recruitment and resignation and other survey data,this paper makes an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of M company’s rehabilitation teacher team construction.Secondly,through the analysis and summary of the current situation of M company’s talent team construction,it concludes that there are six problems in the construction of rehabilitation teachers’ talent team and the corresponding causes.Finally,drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries and regions at home and abroad,combined with the company’s own situation,this paper puts forward the promotion strategies and safeguard measures of M company’s rehabilitation teacher team construction.So as to lay a solid foundation for the further development and expansion of the company. |
