| With the rapid development of catering industry,it brings both opportunities and challenges to catering enterprises.In order to cope with the change of external environment,catering enterprises need to improve their competitiveness.Therefore,the catering enterprises should establish a sound and effective internal control system to ensure the efficient and high-quality operation of catering enterprises,improve market competitiveness,enhance the ability of risk prevention and control,improve economic benefits,and better promote the healthy development of catering enterprises,achieving Development Goals.Haidilao,as a leading enterprise in the catering industry,takes pride in its internal control and takes advantage of its service and quality.It constantly expands its stores nationwide,reduces customers’ waiting time,constantly innovates and improves its services,and invests in new technologies,provide customers with personalized services,enhance customer experience and satisfaction,enhance customer stickiness,in order to achieve performance growth and achieve the goal of internal control.However,due to the high management difficulty of catering enterprises,there are still defects in the implementation of internal control,coupled with the covid-19 epidemic,even more exposed the defects of Haidilao internal control.As a service industry,the primary characteristic of catering enterprises is that there are many practitioners and their cultural quality is uneven,and food safety and quality are the basis of development,need to rely on strict and effective internal control to achieve.At present,the epidemic is not stable,in order to maintain long-term development of Haidilao,we must take a positive attitude to deal with difficulties and changes,and improve the effectiveness of its internal control.Therefore,the study of the effectiveness of the internal control of the bottom fishing can more comprehensively analyze the defects of the internal control of the bottom fishing,and propose the corresponding measures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the bottom fishing,at the same time,I hope to provide reference for other catering enterprises to improve the effectiveness of internal control.This paper first briefly expounds the theory of the effectiveness of internal control,combined with the actual characteristics of food and beverage enterprises and the annual report of Haidilao,from the five elements of internal control of Haidilao internal control status and effectiveness of analysis.Then,through the construction of the effectiveness of internal control evaluation indicators to determine the weight of all levels of evaluation indicators,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the internal control of the bottom fishing evaluation.The evaluation results show that the internal control of undersea fishing is effective,but there are some defects.At last,the advantages of internal control are summarized,and the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward,which include optimizing the internal control environment,establishing effective internal control system,strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises,improving the internal control environment and improving the Internal Control System Strengthening risk identification and control,strengthening cost control,establishing good internal control and supervision system,so as to improve the effectiveness of internal control and promote long-term development. |
