Research On The Quality Of Social Responsibility Information Disclosure Of Listed Companies In The Petrochemical Industr

Under the great historical background of the world’s joint efforts to advocate the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,the petrochemical industry,as the mainstay of China’s economic development,is always affecting China’s national economy.The public is paying more and more attention to how the listed companies in China’s petrochemical industry create economic wealth,and also paying attention to how the listed companies in China’s petrochemical industry effectively perform their corporate social responsibilities.Due to the increasingly prominent social environmental pollution problems in China,many stakeholders not only pay close attention to the intrinsic value of the basic social and economic development of China’s petrochemical industry,but also pay close attention to the lasting and sustainable industrial advantages of China’s petrochemical industry,the performance of the industry’s social responsibility and the quality level of social responsibility information disclosure.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes some basic concepts and theories about corporate social responsibility information disclosure.And on this basis,the research on the current situation of corporate social responsibility information disclosure of Listed Companies in China’s petrochemical industry is carried out.Secondly,the content analysis method is used to establish a corporate social responsibility information disclosure quality evaluation system suitable for the characteristics of China’s petrochemical industry.Thirdly,taking Z Petrochemical Company as an example,the quality evaluation system established in the previous chapter is used to evaluate the quality of the company,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.The research and evaluation results show that although the overall corporate social responsibility information disclosure status of the petrochemical industry in China is not optimistic and the disclosure quality level is not high,the social responsibility information disclosure quality of Z Petrochemical Company is relatively high in the petrochemical industry.The research shows that the overall quality of social responsibility information disclosure in China’s petrochemical industry is not high,facing the main problems of lack of industry characteristic information,non disclosure of negative information,small proportion of quantitative data,and no third-party verification in the content of social responsibility information disclosure.This paper gives the main optimization measures to improve the quality of social responsibility information disclosure of Listed Companies in China’s petrochemical industry from the three dimensions of government departments,society and enterprises.In this paper,the in-depth study on the social responsibility information disclosure undertaken by the petrochemical industry will help to analyze the potential problems existing in the long-term development process of the petrochemical industry and put forward sound countermeasures and corresponding solutions.So as to promote the petrochemical industry to assume social responsibility more actively,improve the quality level of social responsibility information disclosure,and realize the sustainable,green and healthy development of enterprises.It is hoped that this paper can guide the petrochemical industry to actively undertake social responsibility and accurately disclose comprehensive and reliable social responsibility information,so as to better realize the green development of enterprises and better contribute to the society.
