In recent years,especially the emergence of COVID-19,export credit insurance fully embodies the role of policy insurance,has become an important means for the state to vigorously encourage exports of foreign trade.In order to provide better service and provide more flexible financial support to the export enterprises,which have taken out export credit insurance,commercial banks actively launched financing business based on export credit insurance.At the same time,export credit insurance financing business has become a key business of banks to improve asset liquidity,increase income and efficiency and enhance core competitiveness.Therefore,taking the D branch of N commercial bank as the research object,this thesis discusses how to expand the export credit insurance financing business strategy of the bank,which is of great significance to the development of internal marketing and risk control management of the bank,and helps the bank to improve the core competitiveness of the bank and better serve export enterprises.Firstly,based on the relevant literature and theoretical review,this thesis,summarizes the development status of export credit insurance financing business of D branch of N bank.This thesis expounds the problems existing in the development of the financing business,which are reflected in financing customer loss and business scale decline,the failure to realize the mass marketing of customer acquisition,the increasing trend of overdue and default risks,and the precipitous decline in the comprehensive income of the financing business.Analysis of the causes of the problem mainly stems from that the service positioning of export credit insurance does not meet customer requirements,low efficiency and lack of flexibility in business handling,inadequate control of business credit risk,weakening bargaining power through horizontal competition,etc.Secondly,it analyzes the internal and external environment from the national export promotion policy environment,competitors and the internal business resource advantages of D branch.Thirdly,it puts forward the development strategy of export credit insurance financing business of D branch of N bank,and designs specific strategies from customer customized services,product mix and digital scene marketing,strengthening risk control and diversified income generation.Finally,it puts forward the implementation and guarantee measures of D branch.The thesis believes that D branch of N bank should make full use of the advantages of internal flat management,professional team and customer resources,as well as improve the competitive advantage and market scale of export credit insurance financing business in combination with the requirements of policy dividend and internal credit management.Specifically,it is suggested that branch D design customized service scheme for full chain trade financing around medium and large customers,appropriately and flexibly simplify credit approval process and mode,strengthen business marketing and improve business scale;Through the realization of online and offline business processing mode,build a digital scene of mass customer acquisition,innovate the combination with supply chain factoring business,and realize mass customer acquisition of export credit insurance financing business;Strengthen risk management by strictly controlling the risk identification of investigation and access links,refining the division of responsibilities of credit risk management and the list of post loan management;By maintaining and tapping the potential of existing customers and expanding diversified comprehensive services,we can realize the comprehensive income generation of diversified businesses,which is conducive to the rapid and stable development of all-round export credit insurance financing business of D branch of N bank. |
