Research On Construction Material Supply Chain Coordination For A Enterprise

In recent years,the volume of China’s construction industry has been growing,but the growth of enterprise profit margin has been seriously restricted,and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to improve the profits of enterprises in the construction industry,and also respond to the goal of "significantly improving the innovation ability and upgrading the industrial foundation and industrial chain modernization" in the "14th Five-Year Plan",how to further reduce the cost and increase the efficiency has been the main direction of management innovation of construction enterprises.In such a context,more and more enterprises begin to start from their own supply chain management,hoping to improve management efficiency,reduce management cost through the reform and development of supply chain management mechanism,and then improve the overall income.This paper studies the construction material supply chain system of enterprise A,first introduces the current situation of enterprise A construction material supply chain system,then constructs the construction enterprise material supply chain collaborative analysis index system through the Delphy,after the data collection,logistics,information flow,capital flow,enterprise A current material supply chain management system in demand prediction,procurement management,information exchange,inventory management,supplier selection,material traceability and optimization space.In order to solve the problems existing in the construction material supply chain of enterprise A,This paper applies the CPFR supply chain management theory,Combined with the GS1 coding system,the A enterprise construction material supply chain system is constructed,In addition,the A enterprise construction material supply chain management collaborative information elements are preliminarily coded,Then,the operation process of A enterprise CPFR material supply chain system is introduced in detail,Based on the previous constructed index system,the expected optimization effect is analyzed,In the CPFR supply chain system,Information comprehensiveness,material traceability response time,information agility,information accuracy,material average cargo difference rate,inventory management and procurement cost optimization have very obvious effects,And finally put forward the system safeguard measures.
