Research On The Countermeasures To Improve The Efficiency Of Multimodal Transport In S Company

In recent years,the international commitment to China’s double carbon(carbon peak,carbon neutrality)environmental protection commitments,the state put forward the "Belt and Road" and other strategies,and the implementation of "Highway to railway" and "Highway to waterway" and other industrial policies,multimodal logistics industry adhering to the concept of green economic development,in the international community highlighted the importance of multimodal transport development,in the domestic market environment has been favored.Especially under the impact of the new crown epidemic in 2020,the external environment has undergone profound changes in the past two years,economic globalization has encountered adverse currents,and the unilateral trade protectionism and internal considerations of many countries have become prominent.It was therefore necessary to conduct studies on the efficiency of multimodal transport.How to adjust the business strategy of the multimodal logistics business of enterprises in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the multimodal logistics industry is the main content to be studied in this paper.On the basis of summarizing the existing research on multimodal transport efficiency at home and abroad,combined with the actual input-output characteristics of S company,this paper takes the relevant fixed assets,management expenses,operating costs and other data in the five years and 20 quarters from 2016 to 2020 as input indicators,constructs an input-output efficiency evaluation system for multimodal transport logistics,and evaluates and analyzes the multimodal transport efficiency of S company through DEA method.Then,the input-output efficiency of S Company was analyzed,and the following relevant factors affecting the efficiency of multimodal transport were obtained according to the calculation results: the degree of specialization of the business scope,the extension of the industrial chain will affect the efficiency level;business expansion,scale expansion and other short-term impact on capital operation;enterprise management expenses and research and development expenses are at a low level;the operating costs of enterprises are relatively high and affect the technical efficiency;the logistics system still needs to be improved;and the risk awareness of enterprises needs to be enhanced.According to the results of the combined research and analysis at the micro and macro levels,feasible suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the improvement of multimodal transport efficiency.From the perspective of the endogenous driving force of multimodal transport efficiency of S Company,it is necessary to: form a consensus on the multimodal transport strategy and strengthen the construction of the multimodal transport logistics system(to develop the market share of multimodal transport at home and abroad,to build and improve the multimodal transport logistics system);the rationalization of the allocation of various production factors of the company(the efficient use of infrastructure construction and supporting facilities in the logistics system,the rational allocation of multimodal transport time and the inter-port clearance time,the organization of human resources management recruitment,training and salary management);integrate information and intelligence into the multimodal transport logistics system,and integrate resources and services;strengthen scientific and technological research and development to promote industrial upgrading of enterprises;give full play to the scale effect and synergy effect of the enterprise,and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise;establish and improve the risk control system to ensure that the operation and credit are controllable.In terms of external environment,improve the legal system and standard system of multimodal transport,and upgrade relevant policies and market mechanisms;improve the construction of transportation channels and logistics hubs;increase subsidies or tax relief for multimodal transport;train professional multimodal transport operators;strengthen the supervision and coordination of multimodal transport prices.Multimodal transport meets the urgent form requirements of social and economic transformation.It is a logistics development mode of green economy,a future development trend of the industry,an important profit growth point of the enterprise in the future,and the strategy and operation focus of the logistics enterprise in the future.To sum up,improving the efficiency of multimodal transport is conducive to improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,and will occupy a place in the future competition of multimodal transport logistics industry.
