Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of RMB Cash Circulation Supervision In Chengdu

In the era of Internet information,mobile payment has squeezed the market share of cash payment and changed the pattern of China’s payment market.This view has become a common understanding in China.However,non-cash payment and cash use are not completely substitutes,and there is a certain relationship between the two.Competitive,but complementary in nature.China has a vast territory,and there are large differences between urban and rural areas and regions.Because of its broad mass base,cash can enable people who cannot adapt to the trend of digital development to obtain inclusive financial services.RMB cash is the most basic and effective means to solve China’s "digital divide".From the perspective of consumer rights protection and use security,the excessive collection of personal information by mobile payment has caused the public to question its security and legality.At the same time,the use of mobile payment is highly dependent on smart devices,electricity and network infrastructure,making it cannot be an emergency payment method.The use of reserved cash is in line with the requirements of my country’s current economic and social development.However,in recent years,there have been frequent incidents of refusal to pay in cash,which has seriously affected people’s normal life and caused great public opinion.To this end,the work symposium on RMB cash services to be held in 2022 requires that the compliance management of cash services be continuously strengthened,the cleanliness of cash in circulation be continuously improved,and a long-term mechanism for rectifying the rejection of RMB cash should be jointly established,so as to promote the further development of RMB cash services.To a new level,cash will continue to play an important role in meeting the production and living needs of the people,serving the real economy,and maintaining the stability of the monetary and financial system.This dissertation takes the supervision of RMB cash circulation in Chengdu as the research object.According to the research idea of "research status-find problems-analyze causes-propose countermeasures",first of all,it analyzes the basic situation of RMB cash flow in Chengdu,and sorts out the current situation of the supervision of RMB cash flow in Chengdu is summarized,and the progress of the supervision of cash flow in Chengdu at the current stage is summarized.Then,starting from the two aspects of supervision connotation and supervision effect,it points out that in the supervision of RMB cash circulation in Chengdu,the effect of rectifying and rejecting cash is not good,the phenomenon of information asymmetry is prominent,the supervision of cash sorting is chaotic,there are supervision blind spots and supervision professionalism.The main reasons for the problems of RMB cash flow in Chengdu are the lack of active action to rectify the cash rejection activities and the lack of attention to the publicity of RMB cash flow,There is no standardized cash separation supervision,lack of comprehensive supervision concepts,team building faults and backward supervision methods.Finally,with the purpose of smoothing the cash flow environment,improving the quality of cash flow,and improving the quality of cash flow supervision,the thesis puts forward some countermeasures to improve the supervision of RMB cash flow,such as improving the cash flow supervision mechanism,improving the efficiency of cash flow supervision,and consolidating the foundation of cash flow supervision.
