Research On The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility,Dual Innovation And Corporate Performance

Under the background of the current sustainable development of the era,corporate social responsibility has become a hot topic of social subject,with the development of The Times,more and more enterprises by actively fulfill corporate social responsibility to build a harmonious stakeholders and actively expand social relations network,today’s society actively fulfill social responsibility has become the enterprise promotion performance.However,at the present stage,the economic growth rate is slow,the external environment is turbulent,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Most enterprises are facing great pressure,and innovation,as the fundamental driving force of economic growth and development,has undoubtedly become the enterprise improvement competition when facing great challenges The key advantage to stand out.However,in the context of national innovation,most enterprises only pay attention to the relationship between input and output of innovation,and in fact,they should also pay attention to the choice of innovative ways.Therefore,this thesis takes dual innovation as the intermediate bridge between corporate social responsibility and enterprise performance,studies the relationship between corporate social responsibility,dual innovation and enterprise performance,and explores the intermediary effect of dual innovation.This thesis relies on the stakeholder theory,dual theory,innovation theory and resource based theory,build the research framework of "corporate social responsibility—dual innovation—enterprise performance",select 2016-2019 A-share listed companies as the research object,through the empirical research method,discuss the internal link between corporate social responsibility,dual innovation and enterprise performance,and draw the following conclusion.(1)Corporate social responsibility is positively correlated with corporate performance;(2)there is a positive relationship between corporate social responsibility and dual innovation;(3)there is an inverted "U" relationship between exploratory innovation and enterprise performance,while utilization innovation and enterprise significant and positive correlation;(4)About the intermediary role of dual innovation between corporate social responsibility and enterprise performance,exploratory innovation does not exist,and utilization innovation has a significant partial intermediary role between the two.By sorting out the relevant literature and the existing problems of the enterprise,the following two aspects are proposed based on the research conclusion,the way to improve the performance of the enterprise from the enterprise and the government,on the other hand,the enterprise is required to pay attention to the dual innovation mode of the enterprise,optimize the dual innovation structure and construct the coordination mechanism of dual innovation.
