How to achieve the stability of the employment contract of agricultural production cooperatives, and then realize the stable employment and income increase of peasant households,is an important issue in the current national economy and rural social and economic development. As a product of the changes in the basic management system in rural areas, agricultural production cooperatives are a new type of agricultural production and operation entity that has gradually formed to meet the needs of the rural market economy and the development of agricultural productivity. With the continuous growth of the scale of agricultural production cooperatives, the division of labor within cooperatives is clear, extending the agricultural industry chain, creating more jobs, and making it possible to absorb rural surplus labor into the society. Therefore, the analysis of the stability of the employment contract of agricultural production cooperatives will help promote the stability of farmers’ employment and increase their income, and play a very important role in accelerating the process of agricultural modernization in China.Starting from the basic connotation of the stability of agricultural production cooperatives and employment contracts, this paper establishes the theoretical analysis framework of this paper on the basis of the theories of industrial integration, human capital, and agricultural division of labor, and discusses the factors affecting the stability of employment contracts of agricultural production cooperatives and farmers from the two levels of agricultural production cooperatives and individual characteristics of farmers, and puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper.According to the field research in 9 counties(cities, districts)in Guizhou Province, the causes, characteristics and instability of agricultural production cooperatives are analyzed, and the corresponding case explanations are given in combination with theory.Combined with the data obtained from field research, the empirical model studied in this paper is further constructed on the basis of the binary Logit regression model to verify the proposed research hypothesis, and the results show that: First,in the statistical analysis of the characteristics of cooperative employment contracts, the core members of the employment show the characteristics of young age and high wages;second,in the empirical regression results, whether the agricultural production cooperatives carry out industrial integration has a positive impact on the stability of the employment contract, indicating that the integrated development of the agricultural production cooperative industry is more inclined to establish a stable employment contract with farmers;the higher the family income level and the lower the education level, the stronger the stability of the farmers employed in the cooperative There are regional differences in the contract stability of agricultural production cooperatives. Finally, according to the research conclusions, the development trend of the stability of the employment contract of agricultural production cooperatives is formulated, and the policy suggestions for the stability of the employment contract of agricultural production cooperatives are proposed for the two levels of agricultural production cooperatives and individual farmers,so as to provide a reference for future research on the stability of employment contracts of agricultural production cooperatives.
