Research On The Organizational Model Of Edible Mushroom Industry In Guizhou Province From The Perspective Of Contract Theory

With the continuous development of the edible mushroom industry in Guizhou Province,the production mode of self-produced and self-sold small family-style edible fungi can no longer meet the needs of the industrialization of edible fungi in Guizhou Province.Local governments have introduced many leading edible mushroom enterprises through investment promotion,and successively issued a series of subsidy policies to encourage the development of edible mushroom cooperatives.,"Government + Leading Enterprise + Cooperative + Farmer","Government +Cooperative + Farmer" as the main form of edible fungus industry organization model.This paper mainly conducts in-depth research on the organizational model of edible mushroom industry in Guizhou Province from the following three aspects.First,according to the research status and related theoretical basis of domestic and foreign scholars on the edible mushroom industry and agricultural industry organization model,combined with the actual situation of Guizhou Province,the analysis framework of the edible mushroom industry organization model in Guizhou Province is constructed.Under this framework,the effects of asset specificity,transaction uncertainty,and transaction frequency on transaction costs in the organizational model of edible fungi industry are analyzed,and the possible benefit linkage mechanisms in each model are classified.Secondly,three typical cases of the edible mushroom industry organization model in Guizhou Province,Anlong County,Yunshang Village and Jianhe County,were selected,and the utility of each model was compared by analyzing the composition of transaction costs and the closeness of the benefit linkage mechanism of each model.Analysis;then from the three aspects of production and operation of each model,comprehensive benefits,and contract stability,comparing the actual operation of the three models,it is found that in the edible fungus industry organization model in Guizhou Province,mushroom farmers have a low degree of professionalization,leading There are many problems,such as the lack of close interest linkage mechanism between enterprises and mushroom farmers,insufficient deep processing capacity of edible fungi,and excessive government participation.Finally,in order to promote the overall development of the edible fungus industry organization model in Guizhou Province,it also proposes to ensure the supply of the system,improve the driving ability of leading enterprises,encourage the establishment of company-led cooperatives,and enhance the willingness of farmers to participate.point policy recommendations.
