In recent years,with the promulgation of made in China 2025,China’s equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and the scale of equipment manufacturing industry is expanding day by day.It plays a more and more important positive role in realizing the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in China and in the transformation process from a big manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.However,there is still a certain gap in the development level of China’s equipment manufacturing industry compared with developed countries.Therefore,it is urgent to upgrade the equipment manufacturing industry in order to enhance China’s comprehensive strength.The upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry requires the orderly division of labor and cooperation of the industrial chain.Optimizing the industrial chain of equipment manufacturing industry is a necessary means to drive the upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.Based on this,how to explore the upgrading path of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of industrial chain is of great significance to the improvement of the competitiveness of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and even the whole industry in the world and the development of national economy.Based on the previous research,this paper proposes to explore the upgrading path of China’s equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of industrial chain decomposition and optimization.Firstly,it analyzes the development status of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and industrial chain,and divides the industrial chain into strategic links,leading links and subsidiary links.Based on entropy weight method and grey clustering analysis model,the upstream,middle and downstream links obtained by decomposing the industrial chain are clustered and evaluated,and the position and role of each link in the development process of the industrial chain are obtained.Based on the current situation analysis and evaluation results,the main problems existing in the industrial chain of equipment manufacturing industry are found out.Secondly,combined with the existing problems,this paper analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the optimization of equipment manufacturing industry chain,and constructs the evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing industry chain optimization.The efficiency index of industrial chain optimization is calculated by DEA Malmquist index method,and then the comprehensive score of measuring the degree of industrial chain optimization of equipment manufacturing industry is calculated by global factor analysis method.Further,through empirical analysis,the specific relationship between various factors and the optimization of equipment manufacturing industry chain is obtained.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,the optimization direction of the equipment manufacturing industry chain is obtained,and from this perspective,specific to the industrial level,the upgrading path and countermeasures of the equipment manufacturing industry are given.The main research conclusions include: the industrial chain of equipment manufacturing industry needs to rely on innovation driven,interest driven,policy driven and market driven,and optimize from two dimensions of horizontal integration and vertical integration with the support of human capital and management level.The upgrading paths of equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of vertical optimization,horizontal optimization and comprehensive optimization of industrial chain are given respectively,mainly including strengthening the rational and healthy division of labor,forming industrial clusters,technological transformation and large-scale operation.According to the obtained upgrading path,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening talent cultivation,building an industrial cooperation platform and optimizing the development environment. |
