Since its establishment,JY rural commercial bank has always focused on the expansion of loan business for SMEs.However,as the bank is still in the primary stage of development compared with other large banks,and meets the "two forces" of economic downturn and transformation of SMEs,the market share of loan business for SMEs is low,there is no own characteristic brand,the degree of product promotion is not high,and the product competitiveness is insufficient,The overall trend of the business has been in a slow state.Try our best to cultivate more "specialized and new" SMEs.If JY rural commercial bank wants to improve its bank competitiveness and voice,developing and improving the loan business of SMEs can be said to be a powerful measure,and can promote the healthy development of SMEs at the same time.In this context,this paper takes the small and medium-sized enterprise loan business of JY rural commercial bank as the research object,and finds that the non-performing loan rate of SMEs of JY rural commercial bank is high,and the business development is at a low point,or even basically stagnant.Due to the imperfect bank credit system,the lack of attention to talent training,the solidification of the bank’s internal system,ideology and culture,and the unreasonable performance appraisal system,the current SME loan business of JY rural commercial bank has some problems,such as imperfect loan design,few types,complex loan process links,outdated loan management mode,imperfect guarantee mode,poor guarantee ability,high loan risk and low quality.Through in-depth study of domestic and foreign literature,according to the information asymmetry theory,relationship loan theory and customer relationship theory,this paper analyzes the internal and external current situation of JY rural commercial bank,based on the market survey of SMEs,this paper obtains three strategies to optimize the loan mode,loan type and loan process,mainly including improving the smart e-purchase multi-functional website and applet,using "Internet of things + loan" Formulate loan types according to industry types,formulate characteristic loan products "according to local conditions",increase the proportion of relationship loans,improve the management department of SMEs,and strengthen product promotion.At the same time,in order to promote the implementation of the loan strategy,this paper puts forward several safeguard measures from the aspects of technical security,human resources system and operation management system.
