A Study On The Impact Of Organizational Resilience On The Performance Of Vietnam’s Foreign Trade Enterprises Under The COVID-19

With the great development of economic globalization,foreign trade has become an indispensable and important link in the development of national economy.Through foreign trade,countries can transport and export their advantageous products abroad,provide the world with products with more cost advantages and quality advantages,and improve their national economic income.Foreign trade has become the link and means for a country to develop foreign relations.Located in Southeast Asia,Vietnam is a socialist country.Since Vietnam’s national reunification in 1975,economic development has become the main task of Vietnam.In 1986,the "Sixth National Congress" of Vietnam was held,at which economic development was officially regarded as the main work of Vietnam;At the same time,in order to change the current situation of Vietnam’s blocked economic development and reverse the sluggish national economy,the "six national congresses" of Vietnam also took reforming the economic system and promoting industrial and agricultural development as the main national policy to further promote the great economic development of Vietnam.At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak and spread of COVID-19,Vietnam’s foreign trade has been greatly affected.Due to the outbreak of COVID-19,the normal international trade was limited,countries strictly control import and export commodities,international transport was also restricted,and brought restrictions on personnel and exchange rate fluctuations,which brought great challenges to the survival and development of Vietnam’s foreign trade enterprises.This research mainly takes COVID-19 as the research background and takes Vietnamese foreign trade enterprises as the research object.Through reading a lot of previous research literature,through correlation analysis,regression analysis and moderating effect test,it aims to study the relationship between the three organizations,namely,the contingency capability,the confidence of senior managers and the performance of foreign trade enterprises,and brings the COVID-19 environment into consideration,so as to improve the performance of the Vietnamese foreign trade enterprises.Provide ideas and suggestions for realizing the long-term development of enterprises.The decision-making oriented index of executive confidence has a positive regulatory effect between organizational adaptability and enterprise performance,the self-improvement index of executive confidence has a positive regulatory effect between organizational adaptability and enterprise performance,and the management innovation index of executive confidence has a positive regulatory effect between organizational adaptability and enterprise performance.
