Wuhan Hema Research On Current Situation And Optimization Of Food Supply Chain Management

As competition in the market environment has been increased,the demand of the customers also presents the development trend of diversification and individuation,born out of the mind in this background of the supply chain,after several years of development,supply chain system formed in the procurement,production,supply,transportation,sale,the scheduling is the core of management system,has formed the unique value chain system.In this context,this paper analyzes the supply chain system of Hema Fresh in Wuhan.Firstly,the present situation of wuhan Hema food supply chain management is analyzed,the macro situation of the food supply chain is discussed,and the relationship management,purchase management and inventory management in the front-end supply chain management of Wuhan Hema,information management and performance management in the back-end supply chain management are investigated and elaborated.In view of the present situation of hema fresh supply chain management,the existing problems are summarized as tight supply relationship,low efficiency of procurement and logistics,immature inventory management system,backward information management system and unreasonable employee performance appraisal.Finally,six optimization suggestions,including relationship optimization,procurement optimization,inventory optimization,information optimization and performance optimization,were put forward for wuhan Hema food supply chain,in order to effectively improve the supply efficiency of Wuhan Hema fresh supply chain and improve the overall profits of enterprises.
