The change of consumption concept and the rise of new retail make the development of traditional retail enterprises into a dilemma.At present,the state has taken relevant measures to vigorously support the development of physical retail industry,promote consumption and strive to lead the retail industry out of difficulties.However,only relying on external forces is not a long-term solution,and internal power can provide far inexhaustible power for retail enterprises.The construction of brand,system and reputation all belong to the field of corporate culture construction.Corporate culture provides fertile soil for the growth of retail enterprises and supports the strategic transformation and organizational change of enterprises.In this context,this paper takes p group,a leading retail enterprise in Henan Province,as the research object,absorbs the mature corporate culture construction theory,preliminarily understands the current situation of P group’s corporate culture construction through questionnaires and interviews,extracts the factors that can be used for reference by peers in the process of P group’s corporate culture construction through combing and analysis,and improves the insufficient aspects at the same time.The specific research ideas are as follows:first,understand the basic information,organizational structure and personnel composition of P group;Secondly,by means of questionnaire and interview,we have a preliminary understanding of the construction of corporate culture of P group from four aspects: spiritual culture construction,institutional culture construction,behavioral culture construction and material culture construction;Then,according to the data results,it summarizes the aspects that can be used for reference in the construction of corporate culture of P group,and analyzes the problems and reasons;Finally,it provides optimized schemes and safeguard measures for the insufficient factors.It is expected that this study will give some inspiration to the entity retail enterprises in trouble and promote the optimization of their corporate culture.
