After the reform and opening up,domestic enterprises have set off a wave of diversified development,and the final results are not the same.At this time,the re-nuclearization strategy emerging abroad has become a life-saving straw for some companies.By concentrating resources to develop core businesses,they can get rid of the financial crisis.Nowadays,the diversified development of enterprises has become the norm,and understanding the strategy of nuclearization can better escort the diversified development.By reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,we have a preliminary understanding of the reasons for the nuclearization strategy,the paths that can be taken,and the results.Logical ideas and subsequent case studies provide a solid theoretical foundation.This thesis mainly adopts the method of case analysis,combined with the internal and external environment and development history of the enterprise,analyzes the specific motivation of the enterprise’s implementation of the reconsolidation,summarizes the specific path of the enterprise’s implementation of the reconsolidation,and judges the actual effect of the enterprise’s implementation of the reconsolidation.To a certain extent,the case studies of the re-nucleation strategy are enriched.This thesis takes Shanshan as the research object,hoping that by studying the company’s naturalization process,it can provide reference and reference for general enterprises.Shanshan Co.,Ltd.first started with the suit business,and later developed a number of businesses such as lithium battery materials.When the diversified development showed a decline,Shanshan Co.,Ltd.chose the strategy of re-nuclearization and has now become a leading enterprise in the lithium battery material industry.This thesis starts from the motivation,path and implementation performance of nuclearization,and analyzes the process of nuclearization in detail.First,introduce the basic situation of Shanshan Co.,Ltd.,and gain a preliminary understanding of the company’s development process of diversification and nuclearization.Secondly,combined with the company’s external environment and internal conditions,it analyzes in detail the reasons for Shanshan’s implementation of the re-nuclearization strategy,and finally believes that the diversification imbalance is the most critical.In addition,it introduces the expansion strategy adopted by Shanshan for the core lithium battery material business and the contraction strategy adopted for other non-core businesses.Finally,it analyzes the effect of the reconsolidation of Shanshan,and comprehensively evaluates whether the company’s reconciliation strategy has been successfully implemented through the combination of financial indicators and non-financial indicators.The results show that in the short term,Shanshan’s profitability and growth ability are relatively stable and slightly improved,the solvency and operating ability have not improved significantly,and the innovation and R&D ability and employee retention have a positive development trend,but overall The positive impact of the nuclearization strategy was less.After further analysis and exploration,this thesis believes that the main reasons for this performance include changes in core business,continuous adjustment of new energy policies,and the impact of the new crown epidemic.After studying the whole process of implementing the re-nuclearization of Shanshan,the thesis summarizes and summarizes the implementation motivation,path and performance of the re-incorporation.This thesis draws the following conclusions: firstly,the unbalanced development of diversification prompts enterprises to choose the re-incorporation strategy;secondly,when implementing re-inspection,enterprises should adopt different development strategies for core business and non-core business;thirdly,only correct implementation of reinspection can effectively improve corporate performance.According to the conclusion,this thesis puts forward relevant suggestions for other enterprises that choose the re-nuclearization strategy: firstly,it is necessary to accurately grasp the time of re-incorporation and adjustment,secondly,to accurately locate the core competence,and finally to implement two strategies of expansion and contraction.
