| As a national top-level cooperation initiative,the "Belt and Road" initiative has deepened cultural exchanges between China and relevant countries,promoted trade exchanges,and is of great significance for Chinese enterprises to actively participate in international trade and promote product upgrading.The realization of high-quality trade development and sustainable development plays an important role in upgrading the quality of export products.Some studies lack a systematic evaluation of the policy effects of the "Belt and Road" initiative to enhance the value of export products.It is of practical significance to evaluate the effect of the policy on enhancing the value of export products.This thesis theoretically analyzes the mechanism of the "Belt and Road" affecting the value of export products.Using the data of China’s industrial enterprise database and China’s customs trade database,it constructs enterprise-level panel data of China’s manufacturing industry,and measures the export of enterprises.Product quality,we can measure the quality of export products that deal with the endogenous price,which is a good representative of the value of products,and then evaluate the policy effect of the "Belt and Road" to enhance the value of export products.The research results show that: First,the "Belt and Road" initiative has significantly increased the value level of China’s export products,and this conclusion is still true under the robust test.Second,through heterogeneity analysis,it is found that compared with the non-national independent innovation demonstration zone,the promotion effect of the policy on the value improvement of export products is more obvious in the demonstration zone;compared with the non-national pilot free trade zone,the "Belt and Road" policy effect of the free trade pilot zone is more significant;At the same time,from an industry perspective,the policy effect of the initiative on technology-intensive industries is more obvious.On this basis,this thesis conducts research on computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries,and explores the relationship between relevant characteristics and the value level of export products of enterprises.By searching literature,this thesis selects 21 indicators that affect the value of export products,and uses BP neural network to construct export products.Prediction model of product value level,predicting the value level of export products,the result is ideal.Finally,in order to further play a constructive role in the "Belt and Road" initiative,this thesis proposes the following countermeasures: First,The government should further promote the construction of the "Belt and Road" and combine multiple policies to support enterprises;.Second,Enterprises should seize the chance,learn advanced technology,pay attention to quality improvement,attach importance to innovation and product value,and promote economic development. |
