| Auto finance is the related financial products derived from the upstream and downstream of the industry as well as the consumers,aiming at companies,individuals,automobile dealers and other subjects.At present,the auto finance of China is still in early stage compared with developed countries.Although the penetration rate of new car finance has increased from 28% in 2015 to 52%in 2021.However,compared with overseas markets,it can be found that the penetration rate of new car finance in overseas mature markets has exceeded 70%.Driven by factors such as the upgrading of residents’ consumption and the improvement of credit acceptance,it is expected that the penetration rate of financial institutions for automobile consumption will be further enhanced in the future,and the auto finance market will have a great space for development.The main research object of this paper is the western provincial capital guiyang,based on the STP theory,7ps theory,and the customers’ visual data of A brand car,We can analyse the customer’s behavior characteristics,deal with the opportunities and challenges of the market through the features such as age,income,payment and gender,in order to explore marketing strategy.The problems of A brand auto finance company are analyzed by using interview survey method,and optimization strategies are put forward.This paper can not only provide strategies and ideas for A brand auto finance company to improve market share,but also provide relevant references for similar enterprises. |
