With the advent of the Internet information age and the accelerated pace of digital transformation and upgrading,more and more Internet enterprises came into being.With the rapid development of new business models,traditional enterprises had to change their inherent thinking,rethink and examine their customer value,and began to deeply integrate the real industry with the Internet platform with the help of the powerful user power of the Internet,establish interdependent coexistence relationship with customers and gradually transform into Internet platform enterprises.Therefore,Internet platform enterprises have play a big role in economic development.However,compared with traditional business,Internet platform enterprises have the feature of uncertain development capacity,user resource orientation,asset light leading to the failure of financial indicators.As a result,the feasibility of traditional enterprise valuation methods to Internet platforms remains to be discussed.It can be seen that it is particularly important to make a reasonable valuation of Internet platform enterprises and then assist investors from all walks of life in investment and financing activities.In today’s era of "user is king",users are the first productivity of the development of Internet platform,and how to reasonably incorporate user value into the value evaluation system of Internet platform has always been one of the difficult problems in research.In view of this,based on the typical characteristics of Internet platform enterprises,this paper introduces the biological symbiosis model into the field of platform ecosystem by using the methods of literature analysis,empirical research and case study.After combing the overall composition of Internet platform enterprise value and the action mechanism of key factors,this paper sorts out 17 main indicators from the four dimensions of user value,competitive effect,word-of-mouth and user stickiness and endogenous growth,After optimizing and screening 13 indexes by principal component analysis,the value evaluation index system is constructed.Then,56 listed Internet platform enterprises are selected as the research object.With the help of support vector machine(SVM),by comparing the performance of four common kernel functions,Gaussian radial basis function kernel function is selected,and after comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of cross validation method and GA genetic algorithm,GA genetic algorithm is selected to optimize the model parameters,Build the enterprise value evaluation model of Internet platform;Finally,the evaluation model is applied to Dada group,and the prediction results are compared with the actual situation to test the effect of the evaluation model,which strongly proves that the evaluation method used in this paper has a certain reference significance.The research shows that starting from the characteristics of Internet platform enterprises,this paper constructs an index system based on non-financial data,and creatively uses the method of support vector machine to predict the value of Internet platform enterprises,which provides a new research path for enterprise valuation and a reasonable reference for Internet platform enterprises’ business decision-making and investors’ investment behavior.
