| As one of the important sources of edible vegetable oil in China,rapeseed has great practical significance in ensuring the safety of Chinese edible oil and promoting the stable development of economy and society.At present,there is a huge contradiction between the supply and demand of edible vegetable oil in China,and the self-sufficiency rate of edible vegetable oil is very low,which leads to the increasing dependence on the international edible vegetable oil market.Under the new situation of realizing the rural revitalization strategy and agricultural modernization,it is urgent to promote the high-quality development of oil crops.In 2022,the No.1 central document attaches great importance to the implementation of the oil production capacity improvement project,and encourages and supports the development of winter idle fields and rapeseed expansion in the Yangtze River Basin.It further reflects that improving the rapeseed production capacity,ensuring the quality and safety of rapeseed oil and enhancing the competitive advantage of rapeseed in the major producing areas play a positive role in promoting the local economic development.Based on the profound summary of competitive advantage theory,resource endowment theory,comparative advantage theory,based on the strategic agricultural development direction of rural revitalization,this paper takes the rapeseed production in Anhui province as an example,and deeply analyzes the competitive advantage of rapeseed production in Anhui province from two dimensions within and outside the province.This paper first introduces the overall current situation of camellia seed production in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020 and the change range and characteristics of various indicators from the aspects of planting area and yield.It is found that the planting area and yield of rapeseed in Anhui province have decreased greatly from 2011 to 2020.Second,using the yield index,resource endowment index,scale comparative advantage index,efficiency comparative advantage index,comprehensive comparative advantage index,measure 16 cities in Anhui province rapeseed comparison index,and compare the different regions in Anhui province and outside the province rapeseed production rapeseed competitive advantage,research found: Anhui city rapeseed production compared with the province average has a certain competitive advantage,including Wuhu,Hefei and other regions.In addition,the production efficiency of rapeseed in Anhui province has certain advantages compared with the national average level of rapeseed production,but it still lacks some comparative advantages compared with other large rapeseed production provinces.Again,according to the comparison results of rapeseed competitive advantage evaluation system,and select Hunan,Hubei and Jiangxi province as the comparison object,from the production capacity,macro environment,related conditions and government spending four dimensions,using the entropy method to determine the index score and comprehensive score,research found that the comprehensive level of rapeseed production in Anhui province,comprehensive level is higher than Jiangxi province,but compared with Hunan province and Hubei province still has a certain gap.Finally,according to the problems in rapeseed production and competition in Anhui Province,based on the summary of the existing research and related agricultural policies and the situation of Anhui Province,the rational use of winter idle fields,increase planting area,strengthen policy support,change production mode and promote diversification,improve production efficiency,promote green production and build superior brands. |
