Research On The Impact Of Digital Inclusive Finance On The Financing Efficiency Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Anhui Province

In the context of the Internet helping the development of inclusive finance,especially in the epidemic,China’s economy has shown good strength.Among them,small and mediumsized enterprises play a prominent role in contributing to the economy,and small and medium-sized enterprises can make a large number of idle labor force find employment,improving national employment and narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor.In the global emergencies such as the subprime mortgage crisis in 2008,2011 triangle debt,trade friction in 2018 and COVID-19 in 2020,small and medium-sized enterprises were the first hit.They have always had difficult and expensive financing difficulties,which makes it difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises on the road of development.However,with the proposal of inclusive finance and its combination with digital Internet technology,it increases the way of small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain funds,increases financing channels,reduces the capital lending cost of banks and other financial institutions,and improves the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises.First of this paper at all,we sort out the relevant concepts of the development,function,connotation and causes of digital inclusive finance.It can be seen that digital inclusive finance can promote the development of national economy,and theoretically analyze the low financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises.Then we will introduce the theories related to financing to prepare the theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical research.Subsequently,the theoretical mechanism of digital inclusive finance affecting the financing efficiency of smes is expounded,and it is concluded that digital inclusive finance improves its financing efficiency by actively reducing their financing constraints,broadening capital channels and reducing information asymmetry,and puts forward two assumptions.Then,according to the economic development level of different regions of Anhui Province,Anhui Province is divided into northern Anhui,central Anhui and southern Anhui,which analyzes the influence of digital inclusive finance on the financing efficiency of smes in different economic areas,and puts forward a hypothesis.In this paper,the financial data of 210 small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the New Third Board in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2020 are selected,and the DEAP2.1software is used to establish a DEA model to evaluate the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises.Taking the evaluated financing efficiency as the explanatory variable of the Tobit model,it is concluded that the digital inclusive finance comprehensive index can improve the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui Province,while the secondary index of digital inclusive finance is the opposite.Subsequently,the regional heterogeneity analysis on the sample,and found that digital inclusive finance has no significant impact on the financing efficiency of SMEs in northern Anhui,central and southern Anhui,and the financing efficiency of small and medium enterprises in Anhui province is greater than that of southern Anhui;the impact effect of the secondary index of digital inclusive finance is opposite.Finally,the analysis results of the full text are summarized,and suggestions are put forward from the government,financial institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises,hoping to promote the financing efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises in Anhui province from a feasible perspective,so that they can be comprehensive,healthy and stable development.
