The first document of the Central Committee in 2022 focuses on the circulation of agricultural products,proposes to build a stable connection between the production and marketing of agricultural products,and further promote the modernization of the circulation of agricultural products.The Yangtze river economic belt of agricultural products circulation industry has many problems at present,according to the survey,in 2020,the Yangtze river economic belt circulation of agricultural products account for only 1.2% of the total industry,workers economic belt circulation of agricultural products from personnel of course of small size and low quality,in addition,also facing rural circulation infrastructure construction lag,low Internet penetration,cold chain logistics development is not perfect,etc,Improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is helpful to accelerate the modernization of agricultural circulation and agricultural modernization and solve the circulation problems.First of all,this paper sorted out the relevant researches and theories of agricultural products circulation at home and abroad,analyzed the production,consumption and circulation status of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in detail,explored the development trend of agricultural products circulation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and found the existing problems of agricultural products circulation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Secondly,it evaluates the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and explores the spatio-temporal variation rules of the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by using DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index model.It is concluded that the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze River economic belt,middle and lower reaches has convergence,and the gap in the circulation efficiency of agricultural products between regions is narrowed.Finally,from the perspective of circulation system of agricultural products,the index system of influencing factors of circulation efficiency of agricultural products was constructed.Combined with the fixed effect model,the influencing factors of circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were analyzed,and suggestions for optimizing the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were given.The findings are as follows: The first.On the whole,the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuated year by year from 2011 to 2020.Under the impact of COVID-19,the growth rate of circulation efficiency of agricultural products slowed down to 0.3% from 2019 to 2020,down 10.6 percentage points compared with the previous year.The second,in terms of provinces and cities,only 10 of the 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt have fully realized the efficiency of agricultural product circulation,while the other provinces and cities have not,indicating that the logistics technology and management level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt need to be improved,and there is still a lot of room for the development of agricultural product circulation efficiency.The third,from the regional perspective,the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt grows rapidly,while that in the lower reaches grows slowly,which reflects the balanced development of the circulation efficiency of agricultural products among regions.The fourth,construct the index system of influencing factors of agricultural product circulation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from four aspects of agricultural product circulation supply,circulation environment,circulation subjects and circulation organization,and propose to improve the efficiency of agricultural product circulation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the aspects of agricultural product quality,policy environment,circulation organization and technological innovation.
