| He central economic work conference pointed out that we should continue to do a good job in the "six stabilities" and "six guarantees",strengthen inclusive financial services,and increase the vitality of small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households.The government work report has required the growth rate of inclusive small and micro enterprise loans of large commercial banks for three consecutive years,30% in 2019,40% in 2020 and 30% in 2021.Therefore,combined with the financing status of inclusive small and micro enterprises and the development of inclusive financial business of large banks,it is of great practical significance to study how large banks can better develop inclusive financial business and promote the further development of Inclusive Finance.Taking the behavior of G branch of bank Z as the research object,combined with the relevant theories of small and micro enterprise loans and the research status at home and abroad,based on the original theory,this paper first analyzes the development status of public inclusive financial business of G branch of bank Z,and finds out the problems existing in the development,such as weak customer expansion,gap between agriculture related loans and regulatory requirements Credit products have no obvious competitive advantage and slow timeliness of credit approval.Then the existing problems are deeply analyzed to find out the reasons,mainly because the marketing concept is too traditional,the customer expansion channel is single,the layout of county institutions needs to be optimized,the scientific and technological empowerment and innovation are insufficient,the loan approval authority is too centralized,and the professional level of customer managers still needs to be improved.Based on the above analysis,aiming at the problems and causes in the development of public inclusive financial business in G branch of bank Z,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to solve its development problems: changing marketing concept,strengthening channel construction,strengthening offline customer development,broadening marketing channels and improving customer acquisition efficiency;Strengthen the development of county economy,strengthen the close connection with local governments and agricultural enterprises,explore product innovation,and use characteristic products and businesses to promote rural revitalization;Strengthen credit product innovation and enhance the market competitiveness of online and offline products;Improve the supporting working mechanism and approval authorization;Pay attention to the construction of talent team and improve professional level. |
