| Through the research on the development strategy of SF Real Estate Internet platform company,this paper attempts to reveal the strategic evolution process and feasible path of innovation and development of internet platform enterprises in the subdivided field of real estate,and explains that in the mobile internet era,digital era and intelligent era,how internet platform enterprises use enterprise resources and ability and core competitiveness to reconstruct customer-oriented value,get out of the dilemma of homogeneous competition and create new enterprise value.Based on the strategic management theory,combined with the national requirements for strengthening the supervision of real estate related industries,this paper fully understands the social responsibilities of Internet platform enterprises,based on the in-depth understanding of the industry leadership and development difficulties faced by SF company,and uses the theories and research methods of strategic management,comprehensively applies the literature review method,historical analysis method,interview method,case analysis method and other research methods,analyzes and determines the new development direction and objectives of the enterprise,puts forward new development strategies and implementation measures,and reconstructs the enterprise value of SF company.The research process of this paper is divided into three steps.The first step starts with reviewing the current situation of SF company,such as business achievements,organizational structure,development process and strategic evolution,points out the problems and difficulties faced by its development,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages through the analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise.Then,PEST analysis method and five forces model are used to deeply analyze the external environment of the company,and sort out the opportunities and challenges faced by the company’s development.The second step is to use SWOT strategic analysis method to analyze and screen the company’s strategic options,determine the strategic direction and carry out detailed strategic design according to the strategic principles and strategic objectives.The third step is to arrange relevant guaranteed measures according to the requirements of the implementation of the strategy to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.The analysis of the paper shows that SF company should rely on brand and technical advantages,and transform from "real estate internet media platform" to "real estate intelligent technology service platform",comprehensively upgrade the intelligent level of the existing media platform,concentrate resources and fully develop the industry-leading smart home platform,pay close attention to potential real estate intelligent technology new products and new services,and build a symbiotic and win-win business ecosystem.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the new strategy,the company should optimize the corporate governance structure,strengthen the organizational guarantee of strategy implementation,implement the internal incentive mechanism,build a people-oriented corporate culture and promote the strategic financing plan.This paper has certain reference and guiding value for the strategic development and implementation of SF company. |
