| With the development of the platform ecology,building a platform competitive advantage and acquiring user resources have become the focus of platform companies.In the complex and multilateral platform ecology,how to build a stable market position cannot be separated from the application of platform strategy.Faced with the reduction of market resource abundance and market opportunities,platform strategy innovation has become an important measure for enterprises to occupy a leading position.Based on the previous research results,this paper constructs the horizontal expansion and vertical extension of the platform strategy as a Ttype strategy,and based on the perspective of resource integration and platform-related theories,the core elements of the T-type strategy theory and the impact of the T-type strategy on the construction of competitive advantages are clarified.In order to deeply explore the influence of T-type strategy on the construction of platform’s competitive advantage from the perspective of resource integration,this paper applies platform strategy theory,competitive advantage theory,and uses case analysis to conduct research.Select the COSMOPlat as the case object,code the case data through grounded theory method,construct the T-shaped platform innovation strategy and discuss its competitive advantage construction path.The results show that:(1)The construction of T-type strategy uses the relationship between supply and demand of resources to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and collaborative innovation through vertical deepening and horizontal expansion;(2)The core elements of Ttype strategy theory include building an open resource interaction place,Cross-level resource supply,flexible transformation of participant roles,and ecological collaborative innovation.And use the core elements to promote the efficiency of resource interaction,the quality of resource interaction,the ability to integrate resources,and the efficiency of resource application to achieve the construction of competitive advantages.The research results not only enrich the platform strategy theory,but also clarify the way of T-type strategy construction,which provides theoretical basis and practical inspiration for the platform and other enterprises. |
