| Under the background of the upgrading of tourism consumption and the shift of tourism development to high quality,the improvement of tourism service quality has become one of the key points for building the competitive advantage of my country’s scenic spots.This study focuses on the improvement of the service quality of scenic spots in China,and chooses scenic spot y as the case study object,based on the relevant theoretical model and the basic situation of Tourism Development in scenic spot Y,a HP-FCE(analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation)is used to select the personnel,facilities,scenic spots,prices and supporting services as the five dimensions of the service quality evaluation index system and related index weights,based on the Evaluation Index System of y scenic spot service quality,this paper designs the questionnaire of y scenic spot tourism service quality,and analyzes the problems of y scenic spot tourism service quality through demonstration,including the service standard system is not perfect,lacks the personalized service idea,lacks the high quality management personnel,the traveling information management is not in place four aspects,and has made the further analysis to the question reason;This paper puts forward a series of suggestions on how to improve the overall tourism service quality of y scenic spot from four aspects of strengthening the information service management,improving the quality of service personnel,improving the infrastructure quality and providing personalized and standardized service.In theory,this paper constructs a relatively complete evaluation index system of tourism service quality of scenic spots,and verifies the success of y scenic spot in practice,which is beneficial to enrich the related research theory of Tourism Service Quality,to provide reference and theoretical support for similar research.In practice,this study provides a concrete method to improve the quality of Tourism Service in y scenic spot,and also hopes to provide ideas for other scenic spots of the same type to improve the quality of tourism service.Through this study,I hope to provide academic theoretical research and social practice to provide some reference and reference. |
