N Vehicle Company has developed rapidly in just a few years.However,how to rise steadily in the increasingly fierce new energy vehicle market in the future has become a problem that N Vehicle Company has to face.Firstly,this paper combs the research status of strategic theory and new energy vehicle industry at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the external environment of N Vehicle Company.Through PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model,it is concluded that the government’s policy support for the new energy vehicle industry,the steady growth of China’s economy,the increase of population and the popularization of the concept of green development have created a good external environment for the development of N Vehicle Company.At the same time,the company is also facing fierce competition in the same industry Consumers have insufficient acceptance and bargaining power of new energy vehicles,and use EFE matrix to analyze the overall external environment faced by the company.Through resource analysis and capability analysis,it is concluded that the company has the advantages of complete talent system,strong R & D ability,inferior automatic driving technology and products trapped in the low-end market,so as to construct IFE matrix and comprehensively analyze the internal factors affecting the competitiveness of N Vehicle Company.Secondly,through the construction of SWOT model for analysis,combine the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of N Vehicle Company with the company’s mission,vision and development objectives,and then list the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company in the competition of new energy vehicle business through AHP-SWOT analysis,so as to obtain the overall strategy most sui Tab.for the development of new energy vehicles of N Vehicle Company as the growth strategy in a quantitative way,Combined with the actual situation of the company,discuss and analyze the specific business strategy and functional strategy suitable for N Vehicle Company.Finally,specific development suggestions and safeguard measures are given from the aspects of brand culture,human resources,marketing,customer service,finance and technology R & D.
