Research On The Value Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Collaborative Innovation

In the era of knowledge economy,the development of high-tech enterprises has been paid more and more attention by the state.The construction of collaborative innovation platform and the planning of innovative industrial parks have promoted the improvement of the level of collaborative innovation of high-tech enterprises The exchange of knowledge and technology carried out by the main body of innovation improves the transformation efficiency of intellectual capital,thereby promoting the improvement of enterprise value.Collaborative innovation plays an important role in the value-added of high-tech enterprises.It can be seen from this that it is of great significance to study the value of high-tech enterprises from collaborative innovation.This paper combs the suitable literature of enterprise value evaluation,and indicate the insufficiency of current research;Secondly,introduces intellectual capital,balanced scorecard and collaborative innovation theory,finds out the connection between high-tech enterprise value,intellectual capital and collaborative innovation,proposes hypotheses and builds a theoretical relationship model;Third,depicts measurement scales and questionnaires for high-tech enterprise value,intellectual capital and collaborative innovation.Then the reliability and validity of the scales are analyzed through the small-scale test,and the formal questionnaire is settled;Fourth,the structural equation model(SEM)was introduced,the use of the SEM is to verify the hypothesis relationship,and study and establish the value evaluation index system of high-tech enterprises;Fifth,the support vector machine(SVM)is described,and the particle swarm algorithm(PSO)is used to optimize the parameters of SVM to construct the value PSO-SVM evaluation model of high-tech enterprises;Finally,the sample enterprises is selected,and the data of test group and training group are taken advantage of training and testing the intelligent model of high-tech enterprise value evaluation,the trained model of the evaluation of the value of high-tech enterprises is applied to the case high-tech enterprises,combining the output result to make recommendations.It is noted that the roles of the human capital,structural capital,relational capital and collaborative innovation mechanism are very important in promoting the value of high-tech enterprises.Finding the factors that affect the value of high-tech enterprises through structural equation path analysis is helpful to build a high-tech enterprise value evaluation index system from the perspective of collaborative innovation.In addition,the intelligent evaluation of high-tech enterprise value can be realized by the established of high-tech enterprise value PSO-SVM evaluation model.
