Research On Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Market Competitiveness Of D Securities Wealth Manangement Business

With the liberalization of the number of accounts,the development of fintech.From the previous one family to the later one family;From the offline counter account to the popularity of online network account,the competition between securities companies also becomes more and more fierce.More and more securities firms are turning to wealth management.D Securities began to explore the transformation of brokerage business in April 2015 and renamed the brokerage business department as the Headquarters of Wealth Management business.After that,more and more large and medium-sized securities firms have also entered the army of wealth management business transformation.Securities as the research object,this article mainly D to securities market competitiveness evaluation characteristics,characteristics of wealth management business based on index system,to select and use the expert evaluation method ultimately determines the operation scale,profitability,risk management,wealth management business profitability,customer resources,product ability,information system level index of these seven class,And 14 secondary indicators,and build the market competitiveness evaluation system of wealth management business of securities companies.This thesis uses factor analysis method to carry out experiments on 24 securities companies,and obtains five factors that affect the market competitiveness of wealth management business of securities companies in China:scale strength factor,profitability factor,asset management business factor,compliance factor and investment factor.The experimental results are as follows:Although D Securities has high asset management ability and compliance level,and ranks high in investment consulting ability,its market competitiveness of wealth management business ranks low among the sample data of 24 securities companies due to its limited size and profitability.Finally,the thesis proposes the improvement measures for D Securities to develop wealth management business.D Securities should improve the market competitiveness of its wealth management business from the following aspects: expand the scale of operation,improve the level of profitability,optimize the business model of wealth management,increase the empowerment of science and technology,and strengthen the construction of talent team.As a securities company ranking around 10 in the comprehensive ranking,D Securities’ future development direction of wealth management business is very important.Adopting market competitiveness promotion strategy suitable for its own development is beneficial to improve its market share and profitability.At the same time,as the first brokerage to carry out wealth management business,D Securities’ business development level is of reference significance to the development of the industry.
