Problems And Countermeasures Of Farmer-supermarket Direct-purchase In Jilin City

A Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase is an important measure to promote China’s agricultural development and achieve common prosperity.As early as 2008,the Chinese government issued the notice on the pilot work of Farmer-Supermarket DirectPurchase,which requires actively carrying out the work of Farmer-Supermarket DirectPurchase in China under the current economic system.Jilin city is the key support object of agriculture in Jilin Province.In recent years,Jilin City has always implemented the requirements of the Central Committee and Jilin provincial Party committee,and actively promoted the development of agricultural modernization in Jilin City in the direction of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase.At present,Jilin has made some achievements in the development of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase.Places such as Shulan and Huadian have established Farmer-Supermarket DirectPurchase agricultural product supply chains,which not only drives the total sales of agricultural products,but also establishes a traceability system for the quality inspection of agricultural products,so as to comprehensively improve the quality and safety of agricultural products.Although Jilin has made important achievements in the development of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase,there are still loopholes in the docking between cooperatives and supermarkets,the construction of unified platform,the use of supporting funds,farmers’ bargaining power and so on.Therefore,this paper takes Jilin City as the research object,based on the current situation of FarmerSupermarket Direct-Purchase in Jilin City,analyzes the existing problems and development strategies of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase in Jilin City.Through the analysis,this paper finds that there are many problems in the development of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase in Jilin City,mainly including government departments,supermarkets and farmers.Based on the actual situation of Jilin City,nine targeted suggestions are also given from the three levels of government departments,supermarkets and farmers,which will contribute to the development of agricultural supermarket docking in Jilin City.The full text consists of five parts: the first part will explain the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research content and technical route,research methods and innovation of the paper;The second part mainly defines the main concepts in the paper and introduces the basic theory of writing the paper;The third part summarizes the main modes of Farmer-Supermarket DirectPurchase in Jilin,that is,three modes led by large chain retail enterprises,cooperatives and leading enterprises,summarizes the current situation of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase in Jilin and makes PEST analysis.The fourth part finds out the problems existing in the Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase in Jilin City by means of questionnaire survey;through questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase in Jilin City are found out,that is,at the government level,there are problems such as low utilization rate of supporting funds for the Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase,lack of professional financial services,lack of unified platform for the Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase,difficulties in the docking of cooperatives with supermarkets,low construction level of cooperatives and lack of long-term mechanism,imperfect storage and distribution system of agricultural products,etc,At the level of farmers,there are some problems,such as the low level of farmers’ comprehensive quality,the insufficient promotion of successful experience of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase,and the insufficient promotion of successful experience of Farmer-Supermarket Direct-Purchase;The fifth part gives targeted Optimization Countermeasures for the existing problems: for government departments to promote the use rate of government support funds,improve the financial policy of agricultural supermarket docking,build a perfect agricultural supermarket docking service platform,improve the docking ability of professional cooperatives and supermarkets at the level of supermarkets and cooperatives,build a long-term development mechanism of cooperatives,and improve inventory and logistics infrastructure;For docking farmers,comprehensively improve farmers’ professional quality,strengthen the promotion of successful farmers’ experience,and protect farmers’ basic interests and bargaining power.
