With the proposal of the strategic goal of a strong transportation country,the civil aviation transportation industry,as an important part of the transportation system,is currently in the process of moving from large to strong.The high-quality development of civil aviation has become an inevitable requirement.However,the long-standing imbalance between the development of trunk airports and feeder airports has always hindered the pace of China’s civil aviation development.Due to the geographical location,regional population and other factors,the development speed of feeder airport is far from keeping up with the overall process of civil aviation industry.Therefore,breaking the imbalance between the development of trunk and feeder has become the key problem to be solved in the 14 th Five-Year Development Plan of China Civil Aviation;at the same time,driven by the strategic goal of strengthening the country,the domestic civil aircraft has risen and stimulated the internal vitality of the civil aviation industry chain.However,there are many untapped businesses and blank markets around the upstream and downstream of the domestic civil aircraft industry.How to make up for the lack of motivation for the development of feeder airports,while initiating the task of boosting the development of domestic civil aircraft,these two problems triggered in-depth thinking of the civil aviation industry,which puts pressure on the development of feeder airports in the bottleneck period and brings opportunities.E Airport Management Group is a representative of airport enterprises with fast development speed and many development paths in feeder airports.It is a high-quality domestic airline network pilot unit selected by China Civil Aviation Administration to build trunk and feeder routes interconnection and airport interoperability.However,like other branch airports,E airport management group has the problems of homogenization of business,single industrial structure,weak competitive advantage,low resource utilization and poor internal management efficiency.Therefore,this paper selects E airport management group as the research object,through interviews with senior management personnel,goes to the strategic cooperation unit for consultation and inspection practice,uses the strategic management knowledge,access to relevant literature and other theoretical basis,with PEST model,Porter ’ s five forces analysis model,analysis and identify opportunities and difficulties for enterprise development in-depth;in-depth analysis of the internal environment and their own capabilities,find the core capabilities of enterprises and shortcomings.By using the SWOT analysis tool,the strategic choice for matching E Airport Management Group is to expand business in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain of domestic civil aircraft air transport and choose an integrated development strategy.After research and analysis,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise integration strategy,this paper puts forward the strategy implementation path of expanding business scope,constructing network layout and improving aircraft maintenance ability,and clarifies the specific measures.The research results show that the regional airport enterprises should dig into the existing resource advantages,seize the opportunity of the rise of domestic aircrafts,break the original single business model,seek cooperation advantages in the domestic aircraft industry and accelerate the pace of action,so as to contribute to the high-quality development of civil aviation.
