Almost all long-established brands have developed so far,and they have endured the baptism of wind and rain and the test of setbacks.However,with the invasion of foreign brands and the rise of emerging brands,it is increasingly difficult for old brands to resist the trend of history,and many once brilliant old brands have become history and are no longer mentioned by people.How to stimulate the vitality of the old brand and make the old brand stand out among similar competitors is the problem that the author wants to solve.The cultural value of the long-established brand can be converted into market value,mining the value of the time-honored brand is the main way to enhance the value of the long-established brand,this article will be based on the aspect of regional culture,while combining the contemporary lifestyle and aesthetic concepts to analyze how to enhance the value of the brand.The way to make the old brand show new vitality is not to blindly follow the trend,and the revitalization of the old brand must keep pace with the times and be preserved.At present,the common problem in the development of old brands is to stand still,rigid system,lack of innovation,or blindly follow new brands and new trends,but lose the value of old brands.Therefore,starting from the root of the old brand,the method of revitalization of the old brand should be to combine the regional cultural elements on which it relies,innovate with fresh expression techniques,and shape the ultimate brand culture through conditions such as distinctive corporate culture and regional advantages,so as to maintain the cultural heritage and conform to the trend of the times.This article will distinguish the long-established brand from the homogeneous competing brands in visual design by refining and analyzing the elements of regional culture.This paper will use the case analysis method to analyze the visual symbols of regional culture by item,and put forward creative methods from different aspects;this paper will use the literature research method to conduct comprehensive research and comparative analysis of relevant literature,and summarize the image design of long-established brands with similar forms and characteristics;this paper will use the questionnaire survey method to propose corresponding solutions to the specific problems of Wuhan’s time-honored catering brands,and use a large number of picture materials to make visual supplementary explanations Finally,through specific cases,the practice of combining regional cultural elements with time-honored brands is realized.It is hoped that from the perspective of the design discipline,through the analysis and integration of relevant materials,the specific methods of combining the visual image innovation and regional elements of Wuhan’s time-honored food brands will be summarized,and a new theoretical system for the innovation of the visual image of the long-established brands will be proposed,so as to find a way for the long-established brands to continue to maintain vitality and long-term development under the new situation.
