The Enlightenment Of Marx’s Social Reproduction Theory To China’s Demand-side Reform

Based on the new stage of development,China’s supply-side reform has achieved results,requiring the demand side to carry out supporting reforms to form a high level of dynamic balance between supply and demand.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed that we must speed up the construction of a modern economic system and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with the major domestic cycle as the main body and the double domestic and international cycles promoting each other.We will develop a strong domestic market,boost consumption in all respects,expand the space for investment,and guide high-quality economic development with a new vision of development.The first mention of "demand-side reform" at the Meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee is an important layout under the "double cycle" strategy,indicating that the policy will make greater efforts to break through the blocking points of the "internal cycle".In deepening the demand-side reform,there may be some problems that do not adapt to China’s economic and social development,so we should adhere to the Marxist theory to guide the practice of China’s economic operation.The four links of production,distribution,circulation and consumption in Mark’s social reproduction theory play a positive role in promoting China’s demand-side reform,and further exploring the path of economic reform and development starting from the demand-side has become a beneficial supplement to the supply-side structural reform.Following the pace of General Secretary Xi ’s application of Marxist political economy theory,the research of this paper is based on Marx’s social reproduction theory to study the enlightenment of this theory to China’s demand-side reform process,and closely combine the basic principles of Marxism with China’s economic development.The thesis consists of five parts: The first chapter introduces social reproduction,demand side and other related concepts to clarify the theoretical basis.The second chapter mainly explains the content of Marx’s social reproduction theory.In this theory,occupying an important position is the two major categories of theory,respectively elaborated in simple reproduction and accumulation(reproduction)in the balance of the two major categories,is the focus of Marx’s social reproduction theory research.Chapter three studies the background of the demand-side reform in China and several groups of relations that must be handled in the process of development.The fourth chapter contains the main problems encountered in China’s demand-side reform and development,from the regional development imbalance,income distribution gap is still large,the social security system is not perfect,consumer demand can not meet these four aspects of the analysis of the current situation.Then from the perspective of Marx’s social reproduction theory,the main reasons for these problems are analyzed from four aspects,including industrial structure,system,urbanization and the contradiction between supply and demand.Chapter five explores the development path of China’s demand-side reform under the guidance of Marx’s social reproduction theory.In terms of smooth internal circulation,we should optimize the upgrading of industrial structure,optimize the distribution structure of residents’ income,smooth circulation channels and adjust consumption structure.To smooth external circulation,we need to build a higher-level open economy,develop new ways of making outbound investment,and strengthen independent innovation-driven development.This article used the literature methodology,through combing the latest research results both at home and abroad,and combining Marxist literature books detailing,using the theory of Marx’s two most classes of important content,which includes the thought of balanced development,from all levels for the current our country demand side bring important enlightenment to reform of the economic development.Through the Marxist realistic theory significance coruscate new brilliant,and then promote the high quality development of China’s economy.
