| The construction industry is an important support in my country’s national economy.By analyzing the development of the construction industry in recent years,it can be learned that under the promotion of the development and popularization of Internet information technology,more and more enterprises have begun to use Information technology promotes its own development.At present,my country’s construction industry as a whole has developed in the direction of informatization and digitization,which will also be an important goal for the development of my country’s construction industry in the future.Project valuation is a method in the construction of construction industry informatization.It promotes the application and development of project valuation software and injects sufficient power into the development of informatization and digitalization in the construction field in my country.However,in the field of construction,stimulated by the further development of informatization,higher requirements have been put forward for domestic pricing software.As a listed software company that provides software services for the construction industry,G Software can fully combine the various stages of the project to provide corresponding products and services,help the project to solve problems in the entire life cycle of the project,and promote the smooth development of the project.At present,more and more construction software information service companies have begun to enter the construction field,which has laid a solid foundation for promoting the development of building informatization,and has also increased the competitiveness of the construction software information service industry.The greater impact will lead to G company facing greater competitive pressure in the development process.In this regard,G company needs to fully combine the actual situation of market development and its own development goals to formulate targeted marketing strategies.In order to promote the long-term and stable development of G company.In the research process of this thesis,combined with the marketing theory and 4PS marketing theory as the theoretical basis,the actual marketing situation of G company’s engineering pricing software was fully investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,and the company’s performance in the marketing process was found.The problems that came out were summarized and the following points were drawn: First,G company did not make a relatively clear and accurate market positioning;second,the company did not develop products and services with core competitiveness;third,The company did not formulate a scientific and reasonable price strategy;fourth,the company did not build a reasonable and standardized marketing channel structure;fifth,the company did not adopt effective promotional methods;sixth,the company did not provide customers with more satisfactory services and so on.Combined with the above problems,the author adopts Porter’s five forces competition model,PEST environment analysis method and SWOT analysis method to fully analyze the internal and external environment in the marketing process of G company’s engineering pricing software,as well as its own performance in the market environment.The advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of G-based pricing software are comprehensively analyzed from multiple perspectives,and relevant optimization countermeasures and schemes that can effectively improve the marketing effect of G-based pricing software are put forward.In the research process of this thesis,the author analyzes and discusses the engineering pricing software marketing based on the practical experience accumulated in G company,which ensures the pertinence and effectiveness of this research,which is also an innovation of this thesis.In this thesis,the problems existing in the marketing process of company G’s engineering pricing software are comprehensively analyzed,and corresponding marketing optimization strategies and schemes are put forward,which can help G company improve its own engineering pricing software marketing effect,improve the engineering pricing.The market competitiveness and development power of the software,at the same time,can also provide an important reference for the marketing of software in other industries. |
