The "last mile" service of logistics in rural pastoral areas is an important carrier linking livestock product sales and consumer goods in pastoral areas to villages,as well as an important means to strengthen the docking of livestock production and marketing in past oral areas,reduce the circulation cost of consumer goods in pastora l areas,consolidate the sharing of economic development achievements by residents in pastoral areas and promote ethnic unity in borde rpastoral areas.Under the background of enriching border areas and promoting rural revitalization,animal husbandry in pastoral areas has entered a stage of rapid development.The variety and output of animal products in pastoral areas have increased,and the income level of residents in pastoral areas has increased,and the willingnes s to upgrade consumption has emerged,putting forward more requir ements on the service level and capacity of two-way logistics terminal in pastoral areas.The whole town of Chaowenduer town in Wulatehou Banner of Inner Mongolia is distributed within 100 kilometers from the land border.The ethnic minorities who have been living in the border pastoral areas for generations live scattered in mountainous areas and gobi grassland,and their economic sources are gobi red camel and goat breeding.However,the economic gap between pastoral areas and cities and the problems of low living standards have not been solved with the rapid increase of the total output value of local animal husbandry.Among the factors causing related problems,the poor connection of two-way logistics services in pastoral areas is also an important reason.Reality based on the above background,in this paper,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region low-amphibolite tide Gwen all town as the survey area,through liter ature research,on-the-spot investigation,in-depth interviews,questio nnaire survey method,summarizes the current tide Gwen,pastoral a reas two-way logistics "the last kilometer" development present situation,analyzing the shortage of local two-way logistics Furthermore,based on national policies and existing local resources,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to benefit the residents who have lived in border pastoral areas for generations and adapt to the development rhythm of local animal husbandry.The paper is divided into four parts,the first part: introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of the "last kilometer" of construction logistics in border pastoral areas,the research methods and basic ideas used in the process of writing this paper,as well as the innovation points in theory and practice of this paper.Summarize the domestic and foreign research results with high correlation to the research content of the paper,and define relevant concepts according to the review results.The second part: summarize the field research results of Tidal Gwendur town,and summarize the general situation of logistics subjects,related facilities,business logistics services,costs and delivery processes related to the "last kilometer" of logistics in the border pastoral areas in tidal Gwendur town.The third part: Based on the combinati on of field investigation and interview,it is found that the "last mile" logistics service in Chaogwendur Town currently has such problems as lagging construction of transportation facilities,imperfect cost-sharing mechanism,gap in digital platform construction,low comprehensive service level and difficulty in the recycling of logistics-related wastes.Part IV: In view of the problems existing in the develo pment of the "last mile" of logistics in Chao Gwendell Town,According to the rural pastoral area delivering policy guidance for the construction of logistics system,enterprises related business development as well as local deliver logistics system infrastructure development plan is put forward to promote herding ground,perfecting the government and the enterprise logistics cost share mechanism,promote the digital platform construction,improve logistic service quality as well as research and development of pastoral areas to promote green packaging materials and other countermeasures,In order to provide a certain degree of reference for solving the "last mile" logistics service problems in the border pastoral area of Chaogwendur to wn,but also to provide a way of thinking for future in-depth research.
