Research On The Quality And Safety Supervision Of Agricultural Products In M Town,Xuzhou City

With the rapid development of the market economy,the level of agricultural development in China has also been greatly improved in recent years.Agricultural products as an indispensable necessity in people’s lives have received people’s attention,and people’s attention has begun to focus on issues related to the quality and safety of agricultural products.The quality and safety of agricultural products is the bottom line of the development of the agricultural industry,without safety,there can be no industrial development,and no matter how many products are produced,it may be equal to zero,and it is impossible to achieve healthy and sustainable development.People’s understanding of agricultural products has changed greatly compared with the past,and now more attention is paid to the quality and safety of agricultural products,and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products has also become an important issue in our modern public management,because this is not only related to people’s daily lives,but also affects the sustainable development of agriculture.Compared with Western countries,China started a little late in the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products,but through the formulation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations,the establishment and improvement of various work mechanisms,the strengthening of a variety of regulatory methods and other different methods to continuously promote the quality and safety of agricultural products to move forward,to a certain extent,aimed at effectively ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.The research object of this paper is m Town,Xuzhou City.By reading a large number of literature analysis and investigation and research methods,combined with my practical experience in M Town,this paper discusses the current performance of the town in the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety,and finds out the problems existing in the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety in M Town,including insufficient grassroots supervision capacity,difficulty in carrying out supervision work,weak construction of supervision stations,few organizations of supervision activities,and unable to trace the source of quality and safety.At the same time,the main reasons for the existing problems are analyzed,such as the imperfect construction of supervision team,the lack of special supervision funds,the imperfect traceability management of agricultural product quality and safety and so on.Based on the relevant theories of management,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in M Town: First,strengthen the construction of supervision team,mainly from the aspects of staffing,implementation of village level responsibilities and performance management.Second,strengthen the allocation of special funds,including ensuring the amount and purpose of capital investment.Third,improve the supervision system and establish a long-term mechanism and emergency plan.Fourth,strengthen the organization of publicity activities and create a good regulatory atmosphere.Fifth,improve traceability management,involving system,platform and system construction.Sixth,to promote the quality and safety risk monitoring of agricultural products,we should formulate a work plan,carry out supervision and random inspection,standardize routine monitoring.Seventh,implement the standard certificate system for edible agricultural products,and issue and promote the use of standard certificates in a more strict and standardized manner.It is expected that the above suggestions can provide reference for the further promotion of agricultural product quality and safety supervision in M town.
