Research On The Protection Of Traditional Villages Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Traditional villages carry the memory of nostalgia,in which historical information,ethnic art,and natural landscapes are particularly rich.They are the non-renewable cultural heritage of Chinese civilization.It is not only the responsibility of each of us to inherit and develop traditional villages well,but also to traditional culture and sustainable development.Continued development for sure.The rural revitalization strategy is inseparable from the protection and development of traditional villages.On the one hand,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has provided a rare opportunity for the development of traditional villages.Many traditional villages have completed industrial transformation,promoted the industrial chain,and realized the farmers.On the other hand,the development of traditional villages increases the vitality of the villages,revitalizes the villages,and also achieves the goals of the rural revitalization strategy.The rural revitalization strategy and the protection and development of traditional villages support each other and develop together.However,it should also be noted that with the acceleration of urbanization,most of the traditional villages are also facing the dilemma of decline.The ancient buildings of traditional villages are aging,the appearance of the villages are damaged to varying degrees,and the villages are hollowed out,which makes the protection of traditional villages very difficult and complicated.With the development of the socialist market economy,modern Material civilization also has a huge impact on traditional villages,and these have formed conflicts that cannot be ignored with the protection of traditional villages.Taking Dangjia Village in Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper studies the protection and development of traditional villages under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.Mainly using the research methods of literature research,field observation and in-depth interviews,it has made a comprehensive analysis and inspection of the development of Dangjia Village in industry,ecology,culture and other aspects in recent years.Based on the theory of symbiosis and the theory of heritage activation,this paper sorts out and analyzes the current basic situation of the protection and development of traditional villages in this area.The article points out five aspects of the problems of industrial transformation and tourism development,the main responsibility of management is not clear,inadequate implementation of protection policies,weak awareness of local civilization protection,and low degree of implementation of ancient building repairs and infrastructure construction.,and analyzed five reasons for the lack of endogenous power of industrial development,unscientific management system,lack of supervision and punishment mechanism,decline of villagers’ sense of identity with traditional villages,and serious shortage of protection funds.Based on the analysis of these problems and reasons and the protection practice of traditional villages,this paper puts forward clear goals from five aspects:clarifying the overall development direction,regulating the responsible subjects of all parties,strengthening institutional guarantees,broadening the content and form of protection,and guaranteeing funds and talents.Guide and pool development forces,protect and develop at the same time,adhere to integrity and innovation,give full play to characteristic industries,strengthen endogenous power,standardize management system,clarify benefit distribution,strengthen publicity and education,strengthen main body responsibility,clarify protection red lines,strengthen legal constraints,and build supervision 11 specific protection measures,such as expanding the scope of protection,exploring diversified protection forms,ensuring financial support,and attracting professional talents.Re-examining the protection and development of traditional villages in the context of the rural revitalization strategy provides a way of thinking for us to understand tradition and modernity,inheritance and innovation,ecology and industry,and protection and development.Based on the specific analysis and specific research of the case of Dangjia Village,and based on the above considerations,this paper provides research results with reference and reference significance for the protection and development of general traditional villages,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
