As the new coronavirus swept the world, with the timely advancement and precise prevention of my country’s policies, the domestic civil aviation industry is gradually recovering steadily.Accelerating the development of aircraft leasing business has important strategic significance for the construction of a powerful civil aviation country in the new era.It can provide an important source of funds for airlines to expand their fleets, optimize the allocation of financial resources, and effectively improve the core competitiveness of airlines. In December 2018,the Lease Standard(2018)was officially promulgated. The airline’s leasing business needs to make corresponding adjustments and conversions with the revision of the new standard. Therefore,it is necessary to discuss how airlines can better deal with these changes.Using the case study method, this paper selects three airlines from the two dimensions of the aviation market and the implementation batch of the Lease Standard(2018)to explore the impact of the implementation of the Lease Standard(2018)on airlines.Firstly, the relevant researches on lease accounting theory, economic consequence theory and the unanticipated theoretical framework of accounting standard change are sorted out.Secondly, descriptive analysis is carried out through the collected financial data,so as to provide a strong basic support for the subsequent mechanism analysis.Thirdly, through the sorting of financial data, the aircraft leasing, financing, and operating conditions of the case companies are presented, which provides data support for the research.Combined with the actual implementation of the Lease Standard(2018),the expected effect and unanticipated effect framework are used to elaborate the Lease Standard(2018).The impact of implementation on the financial situation and economic behavior of the case company. Finally, put forward suggestions that are beneficial to the enterprise can maintain good development. The research results show that the financial statements under the Lease Standard(2018)more objectively and truly reflect the financial status of the three airlines. On this basis, this paper discusses the changes in the Lease Standard(2018),and sorts out its internal relationship through mechanism analysis. It is found that the changes in the Lease Standard(2018)make the data previously hidden outside the table appear in the table, and then affect its various financial indicators, resulting in deterioration of financial indicators, resulting in increased operating costs, changes in asset structure, and increased financial and financing risks. Therefore,in the face of these impacts brought by the implementation of the Lease Standard(2018),airlines should,on the one hand, reasonably face up to the changes in financial information, and on the other hand, should reduce the asset-liability ratio, improve the capital structure, innovate financing.Optimizing transport capacity investment, rationally adjusting business operations and other means to enhance the company’s operational capabilities,so as to balance the adverse impact of the Lease Standard(2018). |
