Study On Financial Diagnosis Of Yingjiagong Wine Group

Over the years,foreign enterprises continue to enter the Chinese market and compete with local enterprises for limited market share,which makes the market environment of Our country change dramatically.In this fierce fight,more and more enterprises pay attention to financial diagnosis,trying to improve the level of financial management of enterprises through financial diagnosis.Therefore,this paper chooses Yingjiagong Liquor Group,a large liquor enterprise,as the research sample,carries out financial diagnosis on it,and puts forward suggestions according to the diagnosis results to help it improve its financial management level,which also has important reference significance for other liquor enterprises.This paper takes Yingjiagong Wine Group as the research object,uses literature research method,quantitative analysis method and comparative analysis method to make financial diagnosis of Yingjiagong Wine Group.First of all,according to the research object,the research background,research purpose and significance are elaborated,the research status at home and abroad is summarized and evaluated,the research content and research ideas are clarified,and the basic concepts and related theories of financial diagnosis are elaborated.Secondly,the basic situation of Yingjia Gongjiu Group is analyzed,including the group profile,main business and competitive advantages,and the financial status of Yingjia Gongjiu Group is basically explained.Thirdly,through the preliminary financial diagnosis and comprehensive financial diagnosis methods,yingjiagon Wine Group financial diagnosis,the former includes financial statement diagnosis and financial indicators diagnosis,the latter includes radar chart diagnosis and Dupont analysis diagnosis.Starting from the financial statements of 2016-2021,the trend and structure of important projects are analyzed.Based on the relevant financial data,the corresponding indicators of solvency,profitability,operating capacity and growth capacity are calculated and compared horizontally and vertically.Using radar map diagnosis and Dupont analysis diagnosis for comprehensive diagnosis,make deep analysis.Combined with the preliminary diagnosis and comprehensive diagnosis of Yingjiagong Wine Group financial diagnosis results.Finally,some specific suggestions are put forward for the above diagnosis results in order to provide some help for the long-term development of Gongjiu Group and similar enterprises.
