| Consumer credit refers to a credit consumption model commonly existing in countries around the world,also known as personal consumption loans or credit consumption.The purpose of its credit is to improve the current consumption level of consumers and to encourage consumers to make reasonable arrangements and consume for life.Investigating and analyzing the current situation of college students’ consumer credit behavior and its influencing factors will help to understand the consumer psychology of this group.In addition,it can guide college students to establish a rational consumption concept and promote the virtuous circle and healthy development of consumer credit business..Therefore,based on the perspective of personality traits,this paper makes an impact analysis on the credit behavior of college students,so as to further clarify which factors are related to the consumer credit behavior of college students and personality traits.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the following three issues.In the first study,20 college students and 20 postgraduates in Minnan Normal University collected objective data on credit behavior beliefs,credit norm beliefs,and credit control beliefs by means of interviews and open-ended questionnaires.And according to the collected data,on the basis of "planned behavior theory",a credit behavior questionnaire suitable for college students is compiled.The applicability of the theory of planned behavior in credit behavior is further verified,so that the follow-up research can conduct a more comprehensive and detailed study on the influencing factors of college students’ credit behavior.Second study mainly discusses the influence of personality traits on college students’ credit behavior,and mainly studies the relationship between self-esteem,self-control and psychological control sources and college students’ credit behavior.This study is realized on the basis of Study 1,and explores whether there are differences in the willingness of credit behavior among college students of different genders,grades,and whether they are economics and management majors.In the last study,According to the current actual situation of college students,16 students were selected as research objects,and they were divided into intervention group(8 people)and control group(8 people)according to the frequency of their credit behavior using interviews.And design a corresponding solution-focused group counseling program based on the improvement of self-esteem and self-control.By improving their self-esteem and self-control,they can further intervene in the frequency of credit behaviors and improve their financial knowledge in credit,and can also further enrich The theoretical basis of group counseling in schools.The research conclusions mainly include the following aspects:(1)the scores of the credit behavior scale were significantly different in different grades and whether they were majors in economics and management;(2)the source of psychological control,self-esteem,self-control were significantly negatively correlated with the credit behavior of college students;psychological The source of control,self-esteem and self-control are significantly positively correlated in pairs;Self-esteem and self-control play a chain-mediated mediating role in the negative effect of the source of control on credit behavior of college students.(3)After 4 weeks and 8 units of solution-focused group counseling intervention,compared with the control group,the intervention group’s scores of self-esteem and self-control were significantly improved,and the scores of credit behavior were significantly lower.This shows that this group assistance is effective and feasible in improving the frequency of college students’ credit behavior. |
